I had problems registering my address for an online order for a payday deal and I happened to be in Tampines and went to that outlet for assistance. I was attended to by Sam and she was very helpful to assist me in my order. Everything was done smoothly in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Sam !

Their click and collect service is prompt and service is delivered with a smile!
Have done click and collect from this outlet a few times. Easy as it’s located just beside the Tampines mrt station (green line) and just located at the exterior of Tampines Mall.
The store also has most of the basic items which you require and is bigger than other click and collect outlets which I have went before.
Service is very friendly and it’s easy to locate staff. Would definitely come to this outlet often. Thank you.

Had a really good experience at Decathlon recently. I was looking for some football gear and wasn’t sure where everything was. aleeyah, one of the staff members, was super helpful — instead of just pointing me in the direction, she actually walked with me and helped me find what I needed. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care. It’s small things like that that make a big difference. Thanks again, aleeyah!
