Bought a pair of boots which lasted about 6 months - soles cracked. Sent for repair at the start of Jan, and came by today to check on the status. Email update was still at the 1st step which was "Collected at Store". I had emailed about a week back to check the status, but there was no response.
A lady staff checked the form and curtly said the boots could not be repaired and that they were not able to reach me to let me know the status.
I was quite appalled by the service received and the quality of the products.

went to the shop for an exchange/refund. guy in black button up doesnt want to serve, bad attitude. asked for heels higher than 7cm and told me anything higher than 7 is hard to walk. ok? sounds like your problem not mine? ive been wearing CnK high heels for years.

That China girl was not ready to serve us even tho there were lots of staff in the store. They were all just talking away. I've been buying products from Charles and Keith for so many years yet this is my first time encountering a situation like this especially when there were no other customers except me. At last, I decided to go to another outlet to buy my shoes.

Very bad attitude of the guy at the counter. He asked me if I was a member. I said yes and he asked me for the phone no and then tole me dismissively that the phone no is not there in the records. I told him he can scan my app. He did that with a long face. For a customer who has actually bought something from the store, that kind of attitude is not going to get u any fans. Its my last visit for sure

She is very friendly and patient and she knows her products well and help me to choose the pair of shoe that is suitable for me and assist to select the size of the shoe too 👍🏻. As I am in between size 40 & size 41. Going there actually to look for a pair of low heels shoe for my niece’s wedding lunch , end up buying 3 pairs 😊. Super good experience at this branch! Been to many C&K stores but the service I received at this particular outlet by Ms Elaine was the best :) she was really patient and accommodating to my needs (I bought afew keychains or different colours which may get quite messy but she was still friendly and helpful) will definitely come back!

Huge fan of C&K products however one thing changed, I remember everytime they will always ask me to check the product before making payment, but this time they didn't. I only realised when I reached home but everything was perfect. Also I hope C&K change back the logo on their bags to the original one, the new logo is not giving... Just makes the bag look less classy and cheap.
