Trial for the treatment is good however was asked to top up for an additional treatment during the session which I did not agree to and it was still added. My wife was asked the same and she agreed to but the amount was said by the masseur wasn't the same when being charged. Just be aware and make sure you asked what you will charged as we end up paying more than we expected.

Initially I didn’t want to write a review but I really had unpleasant experience today to share and warn all. I tried the promo $36 for 1 hour session but it was disappointing to say the least. The masseur hardly used any strength and did not feel she put in effort. To be fair she did say she doesn’t have much strength as a masseur?! What made it worse she wore latex gloves during the entire massage! Thankfully I have no latex allergy but latex mixed with normal massage oil causes a lot of heat and friction on the skin?! After it’s over, i asked the sales lady that wanted me to buy a package if they all use latex gloves to massage here. She said only if they used herbal oil but not normal oil. Anyway I told her it was not a good experience and left. Please be aware.

Disappointing Experience at Spacio Salon I had a terrible experience at Spacio salon, managed by Samantha. Not only did they deduct a session from my package without my consent, but Samantha also aggressively promoted additional services without providing any proof of their effectiveness. Issues - Unauthorized session deductions from their POS system - Aggressive sales tactics - Lack of transparency Advice Be cautious when dealing with Spacio salon. Make sure to review your package details carefully and be prepared for pushy sales tactics. Warning If you value transparency and fair business practices, you might want to consider other salons.

One of the worst massage experiences I’ve had. The appointment started late, and the therapist wore latex gloves throughout the session, which was very uncomfortable. The massage felt random and lacked proper technique. There was also a significant language barrier, as most of the staff couldn’t communicate in English. After the session, we tried messaging the outlet about an item we accidentally left behind, but received no response and were later told it was no longer there. On top of that, they were aggressively pushing package deals — but after this experience, I would never consider signing up.

Was attended by Therapist Mona. She is very skillful and communicative. BUT, please be careful of their hard selling tactics. Kept saying no hard selling but the Manager was quite sly. Told her I don't use the Atome app and would refer to my Mom's account. Insisted for me to download, pretentiously teaching me how to sign up for an account, then slowly "guide" me to scan their Atome qr code and wanted me to key in the total amount of the package. Immediately, I stopped and told the Manager to have me reconsider first and the Manager's face turn from 😄 to 😕.
