Initially, I didn’t want to write a review, but I had a really unpleasant experience today that I want to share and warn others about. I tried the promotional $36 for 1-hour session, but it was disappointing, to say the least. The masseuse hardly used any strength and didn’t seem to put in much effort. To be fair, she did say she doesn’t have much strength as a masseuse. What made it worse, she wore latex gloves during the entire massage! Thankfully I have no latex allergy, but latex mixed with normal massage oil causes a lot of heat and friction on the skin. After it was over, I asked the sales lady, who wanted me to buy a package, if they all use latex gloves for massages there. She said they only do if they use herbal oil, but not with normal oil. Anyway, I told her it was not a good experience and left. Please be aware.

I was attended by therapist Mona. She is very skillful and communicative.
However, please be careful of their hard-selling tactics. They kept saying there was no hard sell, but the manager was quite sly. I told her I don't use the Atome app and would refer to my mom's account. She insisted I download it, pretentiously teaching me how to sign up for an account, then slowly "guided" me to scan their Atome QR code and wanted me to key in the total amount of the package. Immediately, I stopped and told the manager I needed to reconsider first, and her face turned from 😄 to 😕.
