I ordered a rice beef burger and corn soup. The soup was not ready when announced, which was fine, as they said they would give it to me later. However, when it arrived, the soup was watery and lacked taste. The beef in the beef burger was also too old and hard to chew. I tried my best to finish the food but still choked twice because of the old and uncut beef. Otherwise, the service was okay.

The food at this MOS Burger somehow isn't as good as the one at Pasir Ris. I got the omurice burger, and the egg was dry, sandy, and sad. The fries were lukewarm at best.

The staff's inability to read English resulted in my instructions not being followed. I asked for no onions, but was given many, and the fish fillet was burnt. The hub serves better food and provides better service.

Okay outlet with prompt service. Seating is very tight and limited. Food quality is typical of MOS Burger. The fish burger tastes much better than McDonald's and is cheaper too! The chicken set isn't worth it, as the breast meat is very bland and rough, unlike the chunkier ones from McDonald's or KFC. Overall, it's an okay dining option, though pricey compared to competitors. As a side note, the food quality of overseas MOS Burger seems to be better than Singapore's, perhaps due to local food suppliers.

I had dinner here before going to work, right after having a treatment. The chicken and burger seemed like they had been pre-prepared for a long time, likely to accommodate customer needs during peak hours. The mos chicken was very hard and cold. Therefore, the food serving speed was fast. The staff serving my order was also unfriendly. The price here is slightly higher than the outlet near my place, but acceptable. If I had to choose again, I would choose the outlet near my place for dining, even though I'd have to wait a while. But at that location, I can get hot and juicy chicken and burgers.

The burger is nice and juicy. The shop is in the basement and the seats are comfortable. Service is fast, but ordering is very slow. Each order takes a long time at the cashier. Overall, it's a great quality meal.

My wife and I had an enjoyable lunch here. She had the yakiniku beef rice burger, while I had the prawn kariagge burger. Both were good. We also ordered the hamburger – for a $2 burger, it was really good, even better than those made by the rival golden arches. The butterfly prawns were good as well, while the corn was a little too starchy. There was also a lot of ice in the iced lemon tea. Service by Daniel and the two elderly ladies was good and friendly.

I am now a big fan of MOS burgers. The buns are soft, the salads are well-placed, and the meats are deliciously marinated. I've had it many times when I'm in Singapore, and it has never failed me. The service here is excellent. The staff are smiling and make your day feel great. The food packaging is subtle and simple, but welcoming. The burger joint was very clean and had free access to chili and tomato sauce. My partner and I have tried the marinated chicken burger, deep-fried chicken burger, the croquette, chips, original MOS burger, as well as the cooling ice tea. The ice tea is weirdly refreshing compared to bottled ice tea; we're not sure why, but it's so good on a hot, humid day. They open really early and are keen to please customers, so we had access to the main menu plus breakfast at 10 am – 100 points to the staff working there who are really committed to delivering awesome food and service. I thoroughly recommend checking out this place. Get your wet wipes from the pharmacy next door and dig in!
