I ordered a rice beef burger and corn souo. The soup was not ready when announced. Which I was ok, since they would give it later. However when it came the soup is watery, and lacks taste. The beef in the beef burger was also too old and hard to chew. I tried my best to finish the food but still choked twice because of the old and uncut beef. Otherwise service was ok

I ordered a Yakiniku Rice Burger for Takeaway and I received a burger with 2 measly slices of beef :’( I hope the quality of the burgers can be improved!

The staff were friendly, however my order was wrong which led to my bill being more expensive than usual. Also the wrong order I was given (a burger called MOS Burger) was also not worth the price considering how blend it tasted. The ingredients of the burger for example, the sliced tomato did not taste very fresh during consumption.

Informed the staff about it, but nothing was done. Looks like this is a recommended place to have Tori Q. Looking forward to my next meal of yakitori bento here 😋

The missus and I had an enjoyable lunch here. She had her yakiniku beef rice burger while I had the prawn kariagge burger. Both were good. We also ordered the hamburger - for a $2 burger, it was really good, even better that those made by the rival twin golden arches. The butterfly prawns were good as well, while the corn was a little too much on the starchy side. There was also a lot of ice in the iced lemon tea. Service by Daniel and the two elderly ladies is good and friendly.

Longest waiting time for fast food ever. I waited for about 21 minutes for my order. The kitchen is understaffed - only one person is seen preparing and cooking the order.

Food is great as usual. However, the furnishings especially the benches are looking worn and tired. Updated upholstery is long due.

Somehow the food at this mos burger isn't as good as the one at Pasir Ris. Got the omurice burger and the egg was dry and sandy and sad. Fries were lukewarm at best :\

Ok outlet with prompt service. Very tight and limited seating spaces. Food quality is typical of MOS Burger. The fish burger tastes much better than Macs’ and cheaper too! The chicken set is not worth it as the breast meat is very bland and rough, unlike the chunky ones from Macs or KFC. Overall ok dining option though pricy overall compared to competitors. Side note, the food quality of overseas MOS Burger seems to be better than SG’s, perhaps due to local food suppliers factor.

I’ve always liked MOS Burger for its unique Japanese-style fast food — the rice burgers and iced milk tea are still consistently good. But the ongoing hygiene issues with their food baskets at Singapore outlets are unacceptable. On several visits, I’ve been served food in baskets that had leftover rice, dried sauce stains, crumbs, and visible grease. It’s clear they’re not being cleaned properly between customers. I’ve provided feedback to staff and management multiple times, but nothing has improved — which suggests this is not an isolated issue, but a recurring and ignored one. I’ve even seen customers accidentally throw the baskets into the bin, mistaking them for disposables. That raises a disturbing question: are these baskets being properly cleaned after being retrieved — or just put back into service? Given their design, thorough cleaning seems unlikely. Frankly, these baskets should no longer be used. If internal feedback continues to go nowhere, perhaps reporting this issue to NEA or other relevant authorities might finally prompt action. Hygiene in F&B isn’t optional — it’s a basic expectation, especially in Singapore. Good food, but until this is addressed, it’s hard to justify coming back.

Staff cannot read english thus did not follow instructions. Asked for no onions but was given many and the fish fillet was burnt. The hub serves better food and services.

I had my dinner here before went for work, right after having treatment here. The chicken and burger was like pre-prepared for long time just to attend to customer needs during peak hours. The mos chicken was damn hard and cold. Therefore the food serving speed is fast. The staff serving diet was unfriendly too. The price here is slightly higher than the outlet near to my place but acceptable. If you want me to choose again, I will choose my place outlet for dining even though need to wait for awhile. But I can get serving hot and juicy chicken and burger from them.

Queue was very long but it didn't take too long. Fish burger quality was ok. Ice milk tea (L) is good for sharing for 2 pax.

Burger is nice and juicy. The shop is at Basement and the seat is comfort. Service is fast but the ordering is very slow. Each order takes a long time at Cashier. Overall it's a great quality meal.

The outlet is busy as usual. Food is prompt. Ordered the teriyaki chicken burger set. Bun is soft, meat is tender and juicy. Fries is one of the nicest. Silly me left my stuff behind. Came back after an hour to check and the kind staff there kept it safely! I am so grateful. Thank you!

Mos Burger at Tampines Mall is worth a try for those who want a change from usual burgers! Their juicy patties and soft buns are good, especially the Fish Burger. Can be a tad pricey compared to other fast food, but not too bad lah!

Bought 3 burgers to eat on a Friday night and the staff there were very attentive to ask if I needed warm water as the burger could be slightly salty. Very good service by the staff and please keep up the customer service 👍👍 …

I am now a big fan of MOS burgers. The buns are soft, the salads are well placed and the meats are deliciously marinated. I have had it many times now when I am in Singapore and it has never ever failed me. The service here is excellent. The staff were smiling and makes your day feel great. The packaging for the food is so subtle and simple but feels so welcoming. The burger joint was very clean and had free access to Chilli and Tomato sauce. Me and my partner have tried the marinated chicken burger, deep fried chicken burger, the croquette, chips, original MOS burger as well as the cooling ice tea. The ice tea is weirdly refreshing compared to the bottled Ice Tea, we're not sure why.. but its so good on a hot humid day. These guys were open really early and keen to please customers so we had access to the main menu plus breakfast at 10am - 100 points to the staff working there who are really committed to delivering awesome food and service. I thoroughly recommend checking out this place. Get your wetwipes from the pharmacy next door and dig in!

Delicious burgers from Mos Burger! I love their fries as well! I ordered from Mos Burger tampines through Food panda. The price is similar to the store and cheap delivery. Even used a promo code for it. Check out their delivery menu from my review. 👍🏻👍🏻 …
