Just be patient. Happily trade off for a new wedding band for my wife. which was found badly deformed in the washing machine. Of cuz incurred some cost just need to bring back the certificate. No fuss no muss. Both side happy. Stall personal happy my wife happy.

This review is 2 months late but I'm still going to share it. My mom and I visited Lee Hwa in Tampines in December looking for multiple pieces as gifts. Zoey was absolutely amazing! We told her the budget, what we were looking for and she wasted no time zooming into the items within that range. She was patient, didn't flinch when we said we did not like something or weren't too keen on it and immediately went to looking for something else. She was cheerful, funny, friendly, completely engaged the whole time and the fact that she genuinely made the effort to look for items we would like made the experience so much better.
