We were absolutely happy with the service from JC. Top notch customer service! Went there initially to get my son’s minecraft jibbitz and to our surprise, we saw “MEGA CRUSH”! Bought 1 for myself and my wife, a couple of jibbitz packs and for my daughter too. I would definitely return there. He was patient and didn’t rush us despite the store is going to close.

Friendly service staff Jack, who help me and my family pick an ideal Croc, which my son bought his, my wife also. I didn't get due to other restrictions. But in the end we bought 3 Crocs clogs. Whole shop was on discount and 2nd pair was another 20-30%. Some included the jibbitz as well. Overall, Jack was patient and always there to helped with our purchase. 👍🏻🤙🏻

I ordered the Kuromi stomp sandals online, and they were too big. Called the outlet and Jason helped to reserve a pair of the sandals for me. Exchanged them today 10/8/24 and the process was fuss-free and seamless. Thank you to the salesgirl that attended to me and my husband, even when we were just browsing after that she was really helpful. Overall, I have been visiting this outlet many times and every time I come here, all the staff are friendly and service is always impeccable. Truly enjoy shopping here. You will too.
