Visited the Tampines Mall outlet yesterday, and it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. We were really put off by this pushy Filipino lady with long hair. We already told her that my cousin couldn't fit in the t-shirt size, but she kept repeating, at least five times, that she could give a discount if we bought the t-shirt. Hello! It's not about the money! Why should we buy something when the size doesn't even fit? Please reflect on your sales technique! I don't even want to give a star, but I have no choice as I can't post without one. Zero stars are given.

However, upon payment, I was shocked to find I was charged $23 per tee. When I sought clarification from the sales staff, I was informed that only the center tee in the advertisement had the discount. This is blatant false advertising! I'm deeply unsatisfied with the discrepancy and lack of transparency. This experience reminds me why I avoid shopping at Giordano. I am delighted by the customer service provided to me at the Giordano store in Tampines Mall, level 2. I was served by TOMANENG ESTER ALOG (GFO 04669).
ESTER is an asset to GIORDANO. I went to buy a pair of pants for my wife and ended up buying two pairs each, both for me and my wife. If Ester had not been at the counter, I may not have spent this much at the store.
I would like to appreciate ESTER for her customer service skills.
