Visited the Tampines Mall outlet yesterday. It turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. We are really pissed off with this long-haired Filipino lady. She was so, so pushy. We already told her that my cousin cannot fit into the t-shirt, but she kept repeating at least five times that she could give a discount if we bought the t-shirt. Hello! It's not about the money! Why should we buy when the size doesn't even fit? Please reflect on your sales technique! I don't even want to give a star, but I had no choice as I couldn't post without giving one. Zero stars.

Utterly disappointed with the misleading promotion from Giordano! The advertisement boasted $19 per tee for a minimum purchase of two pieces, showcasing five different tees. However, upon payment, I was shocked to find I was charged $23 per tee. When I sought clarification from the sales staff, I was informed that only the center tee in the advertisement was discounted. This is blatant false advertising! I'm deeply unsatisfied with the discrepancy and lack of transparency. This experience serves as a reminder of why I avoid shopping at Giordano. One of the many branches in Singapore. There are seasonal T-shirts themed around festivities, and it's a good place if you need to buy the same basic shirt for a group of people. It's primarily a basics store, and not what I would look for if I needed anything else.

I am delighted by the customer service provided to me at the Tampines Mall Giordano Store on Level 2. I was served by TOMANENG ESTER ALOG (GFO 04669).
Ester, as an employee, is an asset to Giordano. I went to buy a pair of pants for my wife and ended up buying two pairs each for my wife and me. If Ester had not been at the counter, I might not have spent this much at this store.
I would like to appreciate Ester for her customer service skills.
