Quality of shirt is good. Cotton material and very cooling. Purchased 2 pieces from their century square atrium sales today 16 May 2025 around 3pm. Approached a chinese short hair lady to ask if they assist with any measurement for pants prior to purchase as there was no fitting room around, and item was not allowed to be exchanged despite purchasing first and trying after at the nearest washroom (wanted to exchange if item does not fit). The auntie replied very rudely, very turn off. I cannot understand why be in service line of your service sucks.

Visited the Tampines Mall outlet yesterday. It turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. We are really pissed off with this long hair Filipino lady. She was so so pushy. Already toldy her that my cousin cannot fit in the tee shirt size but keep repeating at least 5x that she can give discount if we buy the tee shirt. Hello! It's not the $ issue! Y should we buy when sizes doesn't even fit? Please reflect on your sales technique! I don't even want to give a star but no choice as I can't post without this star. ZERO star is given

Utterly disappointed with the misleading promotion from Giordano! The advertisement boasted $19 per tee for a minimum purchase of 2 pieces, showcasing 5 different tees. However, upon payment, I was shocked to find out I was charged $23 per tee. When I sought clarification from the sales staff, I was informed that only the center tee in the advertisement had the discount. This is blatant false advertising! I'm deeply unsatisfied with the discrepancy and lack of transparency. This experience serves as a reminder of why I avoid shopping at Giordano. ESTER as an employee is an asset to GIORDANO, I went to by a pant for my wife and ended up buying 2 pairs each both for me and my wife. I Ester was not at the counter, I may not spend this much at this store.
