Visited the Tampines Mall outlet yesterday, and it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. We were really put off by this pushy Filipino lady with long hair. We already told her that my cousin couldn't fit in the t-shirt size, but she kept repeating, at least five times, that she could give a discount if we bought the t-shirt. Hello! It's not about the money! Why should we buy something when the size doesn't even fit? Please reflect on your sales technique! I don't even want to give a star, but I have no choice as I can't post without one. Zero stars are given.

However, upon payment, I was shocked to find I was charged $23 per tee. When I sought clarification from the sales staff, I was informed that only the center tee in the advertisement had the discount. This is blatant false advertising! I am delighted by the customer service provided to me at the Giordano store in Tampines Mall, level 2. I was served by TOMANENG ESTER ALOG (GFO 04669).
ESTER is an asset to GIORDANO. I went to buy a pair of pants for my wife and ended up buying two pairs each, both for me and my wife. If Ester had not been at the counter, I may not have spent this much at the store.
I would like to appreciate ESTER for her customer service skills.
