Visited the Tampines Mall outlet yesterday. It turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. We are really pissed off with this long hair Filipino lady. She was so so pushy. Already toldy her that my cousin cannot fit in the tee shirt size but keep repeating at least 5x that she can give discount if we buy the tee shirt. Hello! It's not the $ issue! Y should we buy when sizes doesn't even fit? Please reflect on your sales technique! I don't even want to give a star but no choice as I can't post without this star. ZERO star is given

Utterly disappointed with the misleading promotion from Giordano! The advertisement boasted $19 per tee for a minimum purchase of 2 pieces, showcasing 5 different tees. However, upon payment, I was shocked to find out I was charged $23 per tee. When I sought clarification from the sales staff, I was informed that only the center tee in the advertisement had the discount. This is blatant false advertising! I'm deeply unsatisfied with the discrepancy and lack of transparency. This experience serves as a reminder of why I avoid shopping at Giordano. This establishment's practices are unacceptable. #FalseAdvertisement #CustomerExperience
