Sale product promoters being a nuisance in shop. Not only are they hoarding up the lane to hard sell their product, they are rude to customer who are buying things. Hope management look into it.

The stupidest self checkout system I’ve ever came across. There was a long queue for the cashier, hence I used the self checkout. I accidentally scanned an item twice and wanted to delete 1. To my utter shock, the Watsons self checkout machine DOES NOT ALLOW deletion of any items. You must ask the only Watsons staff at the time, who is handling over 15 customers at the cashier to delete for you with their admin overwrite. Not only Watsons lost a $273 sale, I went over to Guardian and I rather pay $11.40 more for the exact items than ever patronise this brainless dictatorship establishment.

Quick, simple, straightforward. Just go in, ask for what you want, pay, and get out. They're located on the basement floor of Tampines Mall, near the escalator (so it's quite hard to miss them). We came after dinner, and ended up with some epsom salt, for the bathtub and to relax. They're not the largest Watsons that I've been to, but they're definitely sufficient. They also have a pharmacist here, in case you need to dispense any of your prescriptions.

I stood in front of the Watson product shelving, was screening through looking for the product I want. All of a sudden a lady approached me and it does startled me with a little fright! A lady trying to be very friendly and immediately show me a card that she is holding, which I have rejected her not knowing what she wants but she insisted on pointing at the card to show me the benefits of having hair care treatment at 101. So I had to stop what I was doing and had to let her continue. She is promoting that I can go any outlet to enjoy a one time hair care of $38 but payment has to be on the spot in Watson to enjoy the promotion. As I was also holding to some hair care products on my hand, pointing to my products and she was trying to tell me I can go 101 so I don’t have to buy hair care products anymore. Few days later passing by Watson, I still see the 101 promoter standing around, approaching Watson customers. I was quite shocked on this incident. At the same time I feel it is very rude of her who insisted on talking when people already said nicely no to her! Kept me thinking how to continue patronising Watson with a peace of mind? Another issue is the self checkout point, no staff attending to faulty machine, there is customer who jump queue and ignore people infront of them! **I have gave the information but no reply!

Poor customer service given by cashier Shu Jin. I was asking Shu Jin for an item’s price before proceeding with payment as there was no payment tags on the rack where item was displayed. She was very reluctantly when checking and was speaking very rudely after that. It was as though I caused some kind of trouble by asking her to check. The transaction ended with not even a thank you which I thought it was very basic as to thank the customer for their patronage.

We asked the counter staff not to use our $5 rebate, but the staff deducted the rebate and very arrogantly said that we asked her to deduct the rebate when we want to use our capitalvoucher. The staff just cash put the transaction when we haven't tap our cards. They even told us that the transaction cannot void. Which is very ridiculous. Please educate the counter staff. Thank you.

Yesterday, I visited this outlet, and when I was about to make my payment, I noticed the queue was quite long despite there already being two cashiers at the counter. Thankfully, another staff member joined in, which helped clear the line more quickly. When it was my turn, the cashier was incredibly helpful, assisting me in maximizing the use of my vouchers and even encouraging me to make additional purchases to earn more vouchers. That’s when I realized the long queue was due to many customers taking advantage of the vouchers as well. I enjoy shopping at this outlet because the staff are always helpful and efficient at their job.

A great experience at Watson’s Tampines Mall. Was greeted and assisted by Harinraj Gannasan, his customer service was really top notch. On top of that, he assisted with the rebates and promotions that were on going! He’s definitely an asset to the company. Keep up the great work Harinraj! 🙂 …

Went to Watson on a Sunday Afternoon. The Malay male staff whose name is Hafiz I believe, is very friendly and nice. I asked him if the promotion for the bag is still available and he helps me to check the stock despite being busy. He also told me the stock is running low so I would need to make my purchase soon. Kudo to him and the rest of the cashiers for handling the busy crowd :D

I recently visited tampines mall outlet, and I was fortunate to be assisted by store manager Cris. The level of service I received was outstanding. She was incredibly patient and attentive to my needs. And took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such dedication in customer service, and I left the store feeling valued and well taken care of. Kudos to you!
