Customer Service: In general it’s ok except for a staff member called Fadli/Fadil (or something of that name). We think Tokyo Shokudo’s management should have a performance review for this guy. He has poor customer service; and gives the impression that he couldn’t care less. We’ve eaten here multiple times and this lousy behaviour is consistent. Food review: 4-stars. The soup base is tasty, noodles felt abit doughy (al-dente) for our serving that day. Overall it was decent. Tempura was fine too, the Yuzu ramen 🍜 is not for everyone; you must love Yuzu. I’d recommend just going for the regular/spicy.

It was quite a long queue when we visited for dinner at here. Waited around 30 minutes for the table. We saw a cute dessert on the outside which attracted my son to eat here. It was quite a disappointment that the dessert was marked as coming soon on the menu but it was shown at the front advertisement. Not only this one, there were few of them marked as coming soon as well. We ordered yuzu scallop ramen, the taste was great, you can feel the little yuzu sour taste and the sweetness at the ramen soup. The scallops were chewy and not smelly. The best is the prawn, we ordered ebi tempura set, there were quite many tempura served in the dish and the prawn was a long one from the end to end. Not many restaurant served a long one, usually only small prawn with bigger tempura coat. The food was great, we were just disappointed not getting the dessert.

Food is good but service e.g. to serve customers their correct oder can be improved. Went there for lunch in a big group, two of us happened to order a similar dish (but only one ordered a set) and despite ordering using different QR codes, our orders were served wrongly. The set also wasn't served with soup and salad. Perhaps may want to review the naming of the dish in the ordering platform to make it clearer too.

The newly appointed assistant manager is highly pro active in her work and also a hard working one. as for the manager in charge zai is very on the ball in his work and ensuring all of the customers get their order and also he is fast and efficient. At some point there was this waiter name David was also there but he disappeared from the outlet. He is fast and efficient but I assume that he will be working elsewhere or changing to part time again as he thinks that he isn’t getting enough credit for doing so many things which I don’t know of. overall their service is top notch.

Food came pretty quickly but the ramen was quite normal. The noodles was abit too hard for my liking but i like that they have chicken ramen which was refreshing for a ramen place. Price was decent (attached menu) considering that it is located inside a shopping mall.

Food was quite good, ordered chicken chasu ramen - noodles were a bit tough but broth was tasty. Tried the signature tendon and it was delicious. Portion for the ramen may be a bit on the smaller side, but for the tendon the serving is just nice. Their okonomiyaki Gyoza is great!

Ate here with my friends the other day. first time too. My friends ordered their food and received it within 15 minutes. Not only was the guy taking my order quite rude, giving me an unpleasant vibe, they also forgot my order. I ordered at 7.30 and my food arrived at 8.15 despite asking numerous times throughout the 45 minutes, they still said it was coming and it never did. overall the food was pretty good but hope there is better service in the future if i do go again. And I may change this review

Ordered the Tempura fish and Beef Gyu don with an add on Tempura prawns. Food is exceptionally good. Batter is light and crunchy and the beef cooked perfectly right. Service is also quick and excellent.

Came over to try out this new place in Tampines mall. Ordered their signature scallop original ramen and corn chicken charshu ramen. Maybe it's still new with many untrained staff but the food was quite disappointing for the ramen. Firstly, the ambience was quite okay since it is still new. Quite spacious and all uses the ipad for orders. Service was prompt and efficient. Many young staff working for them so quite speedy in their work. Portion wise was still okay but can be a bit small for big eaters. Price point wise was on the high average side. Since they are situated near to Ajisen, Osaka ohsho and itacho. Foodwise was the disappointing part. Firstly, the order had missing item which was the onsen egg. Next, the soup stock was extremely salty. I then realized that the big cup of water was for. Noodles were the thick, firm and eggy kind. If you prefer al dente noodles, you will like them. Toppings were okay, chicken charshu were tender and flavorful. Scallops were chewy and tender too. So basically the disappointing part were the missing items and the overly salty broth. The dining experience was okay and so based on the experience, only 2 stars rating for now. Hopefully they can improve on their ramen. As, for the tendon, I believe they can be much better.

Opens at 1130H, located at Level 4 of tampines mall. Food service can be slow for certain dishes or when they are shorthanded. So take note if u r in a rush. Service from staff are just normal average. Overall food portion is reasonable for the price. Volcano is Spicy, no kidding! So take note before decide to order.
