I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the amazing staff at the Sunnystep store in Tampines Mall, as well as their customer service. I recently had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased from a different Sunnystep location, and the team at Tampines Mall went above and beyond to help resolve it. They were incredibly attentive, understanding, and efficient in finding a solution. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. It is this kind of positive experience that will keep me coming back to SunnyStep! Highly recommend this store!

I had a fantastic experience while shopping for shoes recently! I have heard about Sunnystep but havent had the chance to try yet. Boon the salesperson from Tampines Mall was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my needs and offered valuable advice about my feet without being pushy at all. I really appreciated his patience and thorough explanations, which helped me make the best choice. Its really rare to find someone so helpful and dedicated in retail nowadays. Had a pleasant time buying my first pair of sunnystep shoes at this outlet. Comfy and sleek designs. Tried a few pairs and finally able to pick the correct size with the help of the lady. I suppose her name is Theresa as stated on the receipt. She is good and has patience towards me 👍 I tried a few sizing and notices that although it’s frm the same model but not all the shoes are embroidered with the sunnystep logo. One of the shoes that I tried just have the wording and missing out the embroidery part on the leather.
