"May provided very good service at Tampines Mall. She was attentive and professional, and patient with her recommendations for a pair of dream sneakers. I can only determine the comfort of the sneakers after wearing them for a while. Note that they are PU. This is good for those who prefer vegan leather."

I had a pleasant time buying my first pair of Sunnystep shoes at this outlet. The designs are comfy and sleek. I tried on a few pairs and was finally able to pick the correct size with the help of the lady. I believe her name is Theresa, as stated on the receipt. She was good and patient with me 👍 I tried several sizes and noticed that, although they were from the same model, not all the shoes had the Sunnystep logo embroidered on them. One of the shoes I tried only had the wording and was missing the embroidery on the leather.

The staff is very friendly, especially Marcus. The shoes are durable and soft. I recommend coming here to buy some. This is my third pair already!

Second time purchasing Sunnystep shoes. My first pair, Balance Oxfords, were so comfortable that I'm back for a pair of Balance Runners this time. I specifically returned to this outlet because I remember Sadia, who showed very good product knowledge and, most of all, was very friendly and helpful to customers. She even remembered me from my previous purchase. Amazing service!
