Wonderfully served by Wendy at Tampines Mall. Explained well the products and got one which could be worn as a slip on or normal shoe.

I was referred by friend that the shoes is comfy for long walk. So got a shoes from the stall. The staff here are very friendly and patient

Very good service from May at Tampines Mall, she is very attentive and professional and was patient in her recommendations of a pair of dream sneakers. Can only find out if the sneakers are comfortable after wearing for a while. Do note it's PU. Good for those who use vegan leather

My first visit to this shop at Tampines Mall. Sells good shoes that are comfy n stylish shoes . The sales person Teresa was nice , friendly and knowledgeable. Gave great recommendation ensuring the models she picked addressed my feet's issues. Thanks to her patience. I will give her 5 star to her excellent service thumbs up 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

A very pleasant shopping experience with Sadie , the sales assistant who is very patient and good with her recommendations. I had a few pair of Sunny steps shoes and I will highly recommended it for its comfort especially for wide feet ladies like me.

Second time purchasing Sunnystep shoes. My first pair, Balance Oxfords, were so comfortable I'm back for a pair of Balance Runner this time. I specifically returned to this outlet because I remember Sadia who showed very good product knowledge and most of all was very friendly and helpful to customers. She even remembers me from my previous purchase. Amazing service!
