Came in to check out the massage chair and Doreen was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Eric provides excellent service! We were sourcing for a new water dispenser because our old dispenser company delayed the filter change. Eric assured us that we could purchase the dispenser first and, if needed, cancel with a full refund. True to his word, when our old company finally got back to us and changed the filter, we had to cancel our Sterra order with regret. Eric handled the refund promptly and remained professional throughout the process. Sterra is indeed a reputable and trustworthy company. Highly recommend!”
