Been there for rectify defect on my tourist prepaid SIM card. I’ve been observed while in queue , All the staff delivered their effort to serve the customer as priority. Ms Akshara handle my case, comes with fast and effective solution. Polite, respect and understand the customer’s concern. Good Job Singtel.

Recontract on another occasion, everything went swiftly, but today's visit was disappointing. I arrived and got a Q number at 1:51 PM to change ownership, but after waiting 30 minutes, I still hadn't been called despite with only one customer being ahead of me in the queue and one of the counter being vacant for so long. When I asked staff about the delay, they just said I had to wait. Frustrated, we decided to leave without getting service. Ironically, I received a text at 3:28 PM saying my number had been called.

Was served by Henry, a very nice, helpful and patient young man. He helped to upgrade my SIM plan and change a lot of my current plans (e.g. broadband, home number etc). He was extremely patient and answered all of our queries with patience and useful information in a nice tone. He provided key information about the plans we were changing in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, his customer service was excellent. I had a great experience and am looking forward to having more interactions with people like him. 😊

Very pleasant and smooth transaction with your staff, she was very knowledgeable and offered me the best available plans, even checking and discovered that i had corporate offers to use - also helped check on my fibre plan and advised me on follow up details. thank you to rep Micky Sin! good job~

This is the first time that I have been treated so rudely by a customer service officer - his name is Navinder. Refused to help me with service, not even to give me an additional 10 more minutes as I waited for headquarters to call back, as the headquarters had asked for him to be present for the call. Said he needed to serve customers waiting, even though it was still within my appointment time (I had barely sat down for 5 mins) - just rudely refused to provide service and walked away. Would provide negative stars if possible. Soon Cheng on the other hand was an absolute star and kindly helped me out after witnessing the horrid treatment by Navinder. He was already able to work on the case before headquarters called (which only showed how Navinder was actually capable of doing the same, but simply refused to do so.) Shows how much a little kindness and patience goes a long way!

Thank you very much . Navinder ! Bring me and my wife back to SingTel’s network .( We left after 8yrs to try other service provider ) Singtel may be X … give us the trust of network coverage . 🙏 Dated : 21 May 25- SingTel’s get their contractor clean their aircon duct - mould and filters - badly maintenance

I would like to commend Soon Cheng for his patience while explaining the different plans and for patiently answering the many questions we had. I honestly had given up on Singtel till I spoke to this sales staff. Singtel really needs more of such friendly staffs to support their services.

Absolutely poor customer service and experience. I came with the intention to reclarify some details before renewing my contract but left with a horrid experience with Singtel. The long waiting time was terrible just for me to ask a simple question. The customer service officers who were roaming all seem to be avoidant of the actual customers, only attending when customers had to make it known they wanted help, (one auntie even had to shout or very loudly ask for assistance). When it came to my turn, the customer service officer was very dismissive and didnt even bother to sell or introduce different plans that would be better suited for me, only a yes or no answer. If you are not going to indulge and inform me of your plans and options so that I can continue to be a customer, then why should I? Horrendous customer service and experience, people should reconsider looking at other telcos
