I went to enquire about the boardband services and Henry Gan has provided an excellent service running through with me the different plans, answering my silly questions patiently and though their system is down, he took the extra step to manually recorded down my request so that I do not need to make another trip down to the store.

Location and proximity is good, but unfortunately their service was found below par. Specially the queuing sequence was messed, the lady on the service counter was not friendly, got irritated upon asking multiple questions, instead wanted to finish the conversation and drag the line asap, was not properly aware of things. Even was having difficulty in communicating in English.
Not recommended to visit that center, it will be a waste of unnecessary time could be better utilized.

Had a really pleasant experience at the store today. The service was excellent , smooth, quick, and very professional. I was attended to by Navin Juskrishan Singh, who was extremely helpful in explaining the Singtel plan clearly and patiently. He’s such a humble and polite person, and it made the whole experience even better. Definitely appreciate the great customer service.

Entered the outlet at 5pm to transfer the ownership for my broadband. Got a queue with 4 customers waiting in front of me and was told the waiting time is 30-45 mins. I’m writing this review at 6pm and I’m still waiting.
My feedback is on the management of manpower as there are many staff inside not serving any customers. For this particular service, it’s done by someone via the camera. Maybe can better manage the manpower to help when there’s lesser customers and when they have nothing else to do.

Was helped out by an Indian/punjabi man who seemed to be Sikh from the bangle on his wrist, I didn’t take down his name but he didn’t have a very good attitude towards my father. He spoke quite rudely and was very curt which was not very nice for someone in the customer service line. I hope he can do better as usually the customer service here is good.
