Was there last night to purchase chocolates as gifts about 7pm. The female staff was impatient and unhappy to serve us. This is not the way to serve customers that patronise your shop.

Please allow your CapitaLand rewards to accept cents like most retailer do! I had overpaid with Capitaland rewards of 43cents. I immediately mentioned to the promoter that it is ok to forfeit the 43cents. But the promoter reacted immediately to be irritated and impatient. At the end of the transaction, she pass me the receipt in 1 hand without looking at me. Suggest to look into stress management for your staff or practice customer service when encounter similar event. Purchasing on 12 November at 7.22pm

Delicious and premium chocolates at a high price. Most of the chocolates do taste delicious, but I would recommend the baton cookies and the chocolate wafers (pictured below). Very suitable for gift giving although the price is again quite steep.

Good choice of choc avail and love it that the choc bar options do not need refrigeration. You'll def be able to find smth that you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Willing to help pack choc into individual bags to make the gifts more presentable. We bought about 20 bars of choc so, it is no small feat. Grateful to the staff for making this possible. Enjoyed shopping there.

Surely one of the best chocolates that we get here in Singapore ! my visit to Tampines is never complete without picking out my Fav box of Nama chocolate. They do have a good selection of chocolates, but Nama surely is on the top ! I do love the chocolate coated chips as well. The Royce brand which is Originally a Japanese brand, is now spread across multiple locations in Singapore - Takashimaya, Tampines, Raffles etc.,
