We have visited Putien various times over the years and their food and service have been consistently good. Our most recent visit was no exception and we enjoyed our dinner. The sweet & sour pork with lychees are a must have and so are the tofu and vegetable dishes. The starters and deserts were also flavourful. We have also had birthday celebrations across various branches and each time, the staff went out of their way to make the occasion memorable. Putien remains as one of our favourite restaurants and we will definitely be visiting again sometime in the near future.

Had family dinner here with the folks and kids. No queue when we walked in at 7pm on a Sunday. The food were decent, but on a pricier side compared to other similar Chinese restaurants. Lychee pork and buddha jumps over the wall stood out, the rest felt like standard fare.
It was overall a good Chinese meal. Only qualm was feeling pressured by the service staff to order more food and their specialty clams.

The food we ordered was good and tasty. Up to expectation.
The staff was friendly and not pushy.
We ordered a soup, a Hokkien style law mee, fried vegetables and a crispy fried chicken.
Price was reasonable.

Premium set meal for two people $40 gave a miserably small plate of lychee pork (6 pieces of meat), so ugly 😫 makes Putien looks so stingy 😔 seems like go against their generous gesture to waive GST and service charge. A little too little food for two people, still hungry after eating, need to order a bowl of rice to fill up. Price looks attractive but too little food which makes it not value for money. Soup, veg, lychee pork served within reasonable time, but bee hoon took long time to serve after that, not very good experience to eat meat and veg without the staple, by the time the bee hoon was served, we almost finished the veg and meat, and had to eat bee hoon on its own. Not sure why the bad synchronization of serving the dishes, and the restaurant wasn't even full 🤦♂️

Good is great as usual. Complimentary kids meal, where else provide without you asking? Didn’t know about this, nice gesture from the restaurant. Now no GST and service charge, worth checking out if you like heng hua cruisine. Service is prompt and customer orientated. Will visit again!

Came here the 2nd time. There are many delicious dishes. Ordered their signature Lor Mee, shredded pork with bun, Fried bringal with pork floss and spinach soup with eggs. The chilli is also very yummy.
All strongly recommended.
Service are excellent and food serve is within 10 mins except the lor mee.
Ambience are great.
A very plus point is NO GST AND SERVICE CHARGE that can makes you save quite a lot. The prices remain unchanged too since last year.

The dining experience was absolutely amazing! The food was so authentic Fujian, and the service was top-notch.
Here are some of my favorite dishes:
* Sweet & Sour Deep Fried Fish - It was so tasty!
* Heng Hwa Bee Hoon - A must-try!
* Heng Hwa Lor Mee - The noodles were so chewy and delicious.
* Lychee Sweet & Sour Pork - The sweetness of the lychees paired perfectly with the pork.
* Stir Fried Kai Lan with Beancurd Skin - The stir-fry was so flavorful, and the beancurd skin added a unique flavor.
* Deep Fried Yam - The yam was so crispy and delicious.

Located on B1 level of Tampines Mall.
Plenty of seats available, since this restaurant is quite big.
The staff was friendly and proactive. The manager recommendations were quite good.
Love their noodles. Delicious.
The pork bun was good too. Tasty.
Wide variety of food available.
Prices were still reasonable.
Good place to gather and to have a meal with friends.
One thing to improve was: the background music was a bit loud.

I was disappointed with both the food quality and the service provided.The quality of the food was not up to expectations. Several dishes lacked flavor, and some appeared to be overcooked or poorly prepared. Additionally, many items ran out quickly without being replenished, which left limited options for guests. There was also a noticeable lack of variety in the buffet, and I felt that the selection was quite limited compared to what I had anticipated.
Moreover, the service did not meet the standard I expected. Staff were not as attentive as needed, and it took longer than expected to get assistance or for certain food items to be restocked.
