Bought an Acer laptop and was pleasantly surprised by the experience we had. Not just having gotten some good offers, we were served by helpful service staff Marvyn who was able to add value by giving suggestion to an app offering cashback $ to our purchase! Thank you!

I love browsing their Audio gadgets. Instead of ppl looking for books. Haha. Sometimes u will find good deals there too. I recently bought a JBL Playlist speaker at my favourable price. Happy.

Shout out to one of the temp staff andrea(or was her name audrey 🙈 ) for going above and beyond to help us locate some books not on shelf yet. (Jato activity book) It's heartening to see pride in work ethics in our youth ❤️

Went there to buy an urgent item. Asked the staff at stationary area. Didn't showed interest at all and just directed to one of the aisles. After I couldn't find the desired item, I had to ask counter for help, they also directed to same lady. She showed the same attitude. Learning - I am not going again.

I was attended by salesperson Jonathan. He is humble, kind and friendly. He is knowledgeable and willing to help me carry the printer box comes with free speaker. He is the best employee. Good job. Keep it up.

So many staffs but no one manning the IT gadgets. Person in charge is not at the booth all times. Even when staff PC call for assistance no where to be seen

Rude staff, not helpful ask about price so impatient. Seem that i wasting his time. Not willing to give even 1 star

Bought a fan here just now. About a few months ago, I purchased a power bank here. The store is big. The staff are helpful and friendly. But they need to learn to smile more. Recommended!

Water bottle leaks water, bring back to popular and it requires 3 days to retrieve original receipt and unknown days to fix. End up with buying one more bottle from another store. Popular is good for books, not functional items and after sales service sucks
