This popular store at Tampines Mall is quite popular. It gets crowded towards lunchtime. You can find assessment and textbooks, novels, computer hardware and accessories, printers and other gadgets, as well as stationery. The store is well-organized, and the staff are helpful and service-oriented.

I often buy my stationery here for daily use. Different types of pens are available, some with refill ink. They also have colored paper for school projects. There are electronic accessories, but I would rather buy those at Challenger.

I am writing to express my frustration with a recent interaction I had with one of your staff members, Marvin. On Monday, December 9th, at 17:59 SGT, I attempted to exchange an item, but Marvin refused because the item had been opened. While I understand the importance of return policies, I was unaware that the item contained a wired component when I opened it. Marvin insisted that the situation "cannot be misinterpreted" because the picture on the packaging clearly showed it, which I found unhelpful. As a customer, I did not fully recognize the item’s specific details, and I would have appreciated more assistance or understanding from him.
What made the situation even more disappointing was Marvin's rude and dismissive attitude. I expected a more respectful and professional approach when trying to resolve an issue, especially since this was a genuine misunderstanding on my part.
I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and consider a resolution, whether through a policy exception or another alternative. Clearer guidance on product details and return policies would help prevent confusion in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response."

Marvin from the electronics department was very patient and super helpful in solving our Microsoft issue with our iPad. I really appreciate his time and support 👍🏼. The problem was still not resolved, even after more than 4 hours of going back and forth trying to download the program 😅.

Slow service. I waited a long time for assistance, and the staff literally said they couldn't help because the English-speaking staff was on a dinner break. What the heck? Close the shop then if you can't assist your paying customers.
The inexperienced and ignorant staff then spoke in Mandarin right in front of us. Thankfully, my wife speaks the language, and they all shut up after hearing her respond in Chinese.
