if you're working here and you're reading this, you have awful service. it is impossible to stay here for longer than 10 seconds without feeling disrespected and uncomfortable or threatened by the hostility of the staff.

Female sales assistant is super friendly and knowledgeable on the products. I bought an OPPO Reno7 Z 5G phone and had many questions which she was able to answer to. I had an amazing shopping experience. Will visit again. Product itself is great, lived up to my expectations and connectivity strength is good. Good quality for its price. Will recommend others to buy.

Was at the store on Monday, yup like what the rest of the review says (obviously its been so long already and nothing changed) I have nvr come across such bad service attitude for a long long time. Really have to 👏for them, in this times this era oh please. Wanted to know more about which model was newer and etc .... The guy just blank at me, "ah ya this is oppo 2, ah ya this is oppo 3" When i asked him again firmly if he is interested in serving me anot and can he tell me what is the newest model" He stared at me (the eyes says, stop asking if not i'll whack u) for a good 20-30sec Lol... Really give this job to ppl who really needs the job la...

Was there today to change screen protector. The young (Chinese) lady was attending to an elderly Malay couple. As I observed, she was incredibly polite, patient and professional guiding them through changing to their new phone, speaking in fluent Bahasa (she's obviously from up north). She did a fantastic job changing my screen protector too 🙂. Very pleasant.
