I went to get my bottle engraved. After almost 30 minutes, they told me they were having technical issues, which resulted in the bottle being ruined. I tried to be understanding and chose a different color because the color I initially wanted was out of stock. A quick 10-minute engraving process stretched to almost 2 hours. I was fine with the whole thing until I found out they had replaced it with a different color from a different collection. Maybe it was my mistake for not realizing it on the spot😔, but the staff were very nice, though.

Staff were very friendly and had good product knowledge. We were rather delighted with the service and enjoyed our interaction with the staff.
Products were very pretty and appealing, so much so that we were spoilt for choice. With additional items to equip the bottles, we became a bit overwhelmed when trying to decide. But nonetheless, we got what we came here for and paid.
All in all, we had a great experience there. We would recommend continuing the smiles and letting staff enjoy their work, as this brings about a positive vibe for others, especially potential customers.
