Went to get my bottle engraved. After almost 30 minutes, they told me they had some technical issues, which then ruined the bottle. I tried to be understanding and chose a different color because the color I initially wanted was out of stock. A quick 10-minute engraving process became almost two hours. I was fine with the whole thing until I found out that they replaced it with a different color from a different collection. Maybe it was my mistake for not realizing it on the spot, but the staff were very nice though.

The staff were very friendly and had good product knowledge. We were rather delighted with the situation and enjoyed interacting with the staff.
The products were very pretty and appealing, to the point where we were spoilt for choice... Hehehhe... With extra additional items to equip the bottles with, we became a bit disoriented trying to decide 😅. But nonetheless, we got what we came for and paid.
All in all, we had a great experience there. We recommend they continue to maintain the smiles and let staff enjoy their work, as it brings a positive vibe to others, especially potential customers.
