I would like to compliment staff Zahfran for being very kind, helpful and attentive. He had explained in detail about type of fonts and recommended accordingly. He deserves a good promotion and rewards.

Open concept shop at Level 3 of Tampines Mall. We received some bottles earlier from others and decided to also get some for ourselves. Let's dive in! Staff were very friendly and had good product knowledge of the products. We were rather delighted at the situation in and enjoyed it with the staff there. Products were very pretty and appealing till we were spoilt for choice... Hehehhe... With extra additional items to equip the bottles with, we became Abit disoriented to decide😅. But nonetheless got what we came here for and paid. All in all, we had a great experience there. We would recommend to continue the smiles and let staff enjoy their work, as it then brings about a positive vibe to others, especially potential customers. Cheers!!

went to get my bottle engraved. after almost 30 mins they told me they had some technical issues which then ruined the bottle. tried to be understanding and chose a different color coz the color i initially had was oos. a quick 10 mins engraving process became almost 2hrs. i was fine with the whole thing until i found out that they replaced it with a diff color from a diff collection. maybe it was my mistake for not realising it on the spot😔 but the staff were very nice though.
