I'm not sure what's wrong with this outlet. I've been here three times in the past eight months trying to buy a lip liner, and the staff refused to serve me each time. Once, the staff was on her phone; another time, the staff was "busy" putting things in a drawer; and most recently, she said she had to go to the cashier. I said I didn’t need her assistance because I already knew what I wanted, and she waved me away. The service was super rude and lazy!!! Awful.
