Not sure what’s wrong with this outlet - been here 3 times in the past 8 months trying to buy a lip liner and the staff refused to serve me each time. Once the staff was on her phone, once the staff was “busy” keeping stuff in a drawer and most recently, she said she had to go to the cashier..? I said you don’t have to attend to me I already know what I want, and she waved me away with her hand. Super rude and lazy service!!! Awful

I visited MAC for an eye makeup consultation, but the experience was quite disappointing. The makeup artist immediately became defensive, stating, 'we don't do makeup,' even after I nodded in understanding. She then attended to a delivery person for an inventory stock-up. After that, she repeatedly emphasized, 'we don't do makeup, this is just to find your correct shade.' I was already put off at this point, feeling like I had to prompt her to even help me find a suitable shade for my skin tone. She did eventually show me some colors and offer advice, but I felt like she wasn't truly interested in helping and just wanted to get it over with. I thanked her and left. Ultimately, I went to next shop, Bobbi Brown, where I had a much better experience and felt welcomed, ending up purchasing their products instead. 😅
