Hi. I have been ur member for a while. And this round they required me to fill up my particular include full NRIC. By law, we are not allow to give full NRIC number except the last 4 digits. And the filling up of form are using google drive. Which is the simplest format of collecting data. Please get ur google drive format to change or the NRIC portion to insert only the last 4 digits instead of the full NRIC. Please note that once data is collected from customer , u must have the cyber security to keep all data safe and a fire wall for your WiFi network connection. I spoken to your front deck staff and explain to them. All they able to reply me is they don’t know anything. This is very bad impression and image for your company. A staff that is not well trained and not even able to do properly customer service respond. I ask for company contact person who I can speak too. They say don’t have. Not even dare to give. Seriously, I think u should have proper training for ur staff to able to answer simple questions. I demand a reply from you. Thank you.

Came here for first time and excited to try. Me and husband had settled down on 2 seats with our bags arranged so wont be on people way. Then one therapist came and asked us to move to seats to under a fan , her reasoning was we will feel cold on the seat where we were first seated. Obviously she asked us to move seats which were right under a blowing fan (???) She was not happy with us staying on our seats. She did the foot massage like she didn’t feel like working today. No power felt, almost just like soft touching. She spoke broken english, i was fine with that. But when i asked her and show a body language to do harder foot massage, this therapist rudely asked me to be relax. Gave her one more chance for minutes, second time i asked she still gave me same attitude. I had to immediately cancel the service and walked away. The reception lady apologised and back to her duty on front desk. Not sure if she would take note down on the therapist work attitude. Will never recommend or back to this same place.

Today's male masseuse was the worst I've had. Attitude is terrible too. Kept hitting my legs so hard and momentum was so fast and hard and not relaxing. Kept arguing back when I asked 3x to massage softer. He then refused ro change masseuse stating that there was only 20 mins left. My husband's masseuse was good & offered to switch with me. I kindly declined. In the end, my husband decided to leave due to my masseuse's bad attitude. Very unprofessional. I hope he gets fired.

Been a customer since they opened in TM, countless of packages. Had great foot reflexology and service.. until now. Some of the new staff is not up to standard and can argue with you when you ask to do softer or massage in a certain way. Not coming back.

Very pushy to sell packages, massages vary from excellent to atrocious depending on who u get, no QC at all. Very rigid utilisation of the package purchased. In short, there are many better places to spend your money

Counter Staff will not lead you to where you need to go (just stay at the counter) when counter staff assigned a staff, staff tells you to wait she need to go to the toilet. 20minutes massage became a almost 19minutes massage. Will not come back again.

I am a vintage customer and I purposely took leave to do a 2 hour massage and 40mins leg massage. The shop is still not open as of 10am. Tampines Mall outlet. This is the 1st time I encounter such situation here. It’s ridiculous nonsense waiting more than 30mins with my masseur here.

Never ever buy packages from them! Because there’s possibility that they will close the outlet and you have to go to not convenient location to get your paid services. Obviously when you buy package you rely on convenience of the location, but they can’t guarantee. One more thing: their receptionist never can speak English! It’s so difficult to schedule and arrange appointments! And what happened with me: because they closed the outlet which I preferred, I had to come to not convenient outlet, so I didn’t have enough time to use my package on time. It’s expired two months ago! Very bad customer service! Because of inconvenience of closure the outlet in my area they could have prolonged my package for couple of months! But no! They rejected! Bad customer service! Don’t buy packages!

The worst foot massage I have ever experienced. The masseuse kept rushing us to the area to wash our feet. Then she claimed that she had selected a new armchair specially for me. Once seated down, she asked if I would like the ginger oil or the normal one without informing me about the extra charge of $10 until I asked. When I declined politely, there was an immediate change in her tone and she commented that the normal one wasn’t even oil. Soon, I noticed a hole on the left side of the armchair and it couldn’t even be reclined. (I thought it’s supposed to be new?!?!) Hence, we asked for a change politely as my intention of the foot massage was to relax and to feel comfortable. The lady was obviously not too happy with the request and tried to disregard the request, but relented when my husband requested again. Throughout the massage, it did feel painful at certain points but I trusted that the lady should be certified to know what she’s doing. When the session finally ended, I felt my legs aching more than prior to the session but I just brushed it aside. However, to my horror, I started to notice bruises on my leg and the arch of my foot a few hours after the massage and they have become more prominent and painful the next day. We are very disappointed and upset with this experience and we will never return again.

Masseurs are good. So far, Roy, Fenney and Zhang are amazing. I liked their services. Hygiene level of the place is not up to standard. Towels are threadbare and the massage chairs and beds are cracked and musty smelling. Most of all, the service level of the receptionist is really unbecoming. Rude, pushy and unreasonable and cannot provide a good reason for the centre’s form requiring full NRIC number when it is supposedly against PDPA guidelines. So far, the rudest one I have encountered is a PRC young lady with a chin length bob haircut. Please spruce up the customer service and cleanliness of the place. It’s not in alignment with your masseurs’ skill and strength.

Not all the masseurs are trained in the same manner or techniques, thus if you intend to visit the shop subsequent times, remember to get the masseur's name and request for the same person whose techniques you prefer. Also some customers may like to talk very loudly and your masseurs, instead of advising them to lower the volume so as not to disturb the rest of the customers relaxing, spoke and laughed even louder than the customers..the quiet and relaxing ambience is totally missing for a relaxing massage shop. Hope your management can look into improving the ambience of your massage shop. By the way, even your front desk staff looked very lost and did not inform the masseurs that we were done with the feet massage and we're sitting there waiting for our body massage. Service can definitely be improved at this branch.

Receptionist cannot speak English. Don't understand what she's saying. Ambience can be better. Massusse ok only. Outside picture nicer than inside. Air-con sound very loud. Need to relook at the entire set up and most importantly your receptionist.

Worst massage place ever. Package expires in 1 year !!! I Signed during covid days and no extension. The whole package I only used half, remaining amount got to be voided !! Last few times tried to come, but fully book. Still got cheek to ask me to sign new package. No service recovery. Wan Yang much better.

After reading the bad reviews, all I can say is that the masseuse are all very skillful. The ONLY ISSUE LIES WITH THE FRONT COUNTER GIRLS. Very pushy when it comes to asking you to topup more for the ginger oil. THESE TWO LADIES in attached picture need to reflect on their work attitude if they wish to be doing front line service.

I have bought a package and I would say the masseuse all got very good skills. Dunno much english, still ok for me because hey, it’s the massaging skills that matter. What I can’t accept is that front desk ladies ALSO DONT KNOW ENGLISH. How can you be doing front desk and you don’t know english? I wanted to pay by card for the topup… also don’t know. I said I have no cash with me and want to pay by card. She keeps talking in mandarin to me. I took out my card then she figured out. Why hire them as frontdesk if they don’t know any english at all? They are situated at Tampines Mall. TM has people of so many different race and religions patronising the place. Simple english also dont know! Seriously please train your front desk with basic english that is required for customer service! Don’t tell me cash or card also don’t know the terms in English!

Honestly believe the people who like this place don't leave reviews so that the slots are easier to book for themselves hahaha. I was very hesitant because of all the negative 1 stars and was pleasantly surprised today! The young lady at the counter was so smiley and accommodating. They have a grace period of 15mins if u're late and they follow it strictly but we made it on time. I was served by May and she was so strong, efficient and knowledgeable. I declined the $10 ginger oil and didn't feel like I was judged for it. I told her my entire right leg was very sore and achy and she knew exactly what to do. She's so strong I even had to tell her to use less force! She said that for my soreness to go away, she has to use force at my acupoints, so I tolerated it and my soreness really went away! I am so happy with this massage, and how she managed to make my pain disappear even though it was just a short 30mins

The masseuse were skillfull. The only downside is the front desk staff(tampines branch). I understand theres always a language barrier between staffs and customers, however, even if im obviously NOT mandarin speaking they will still keep on talking to me in chinese. Sometimes, in customer service initiative is needed. Why not ask help to someone who can speak not just in chinese. First impression lasts. And these language barrier issue wasnt resolve since the beggining til I finish my package. And im not going to take another package again. But the masseuse were great. They are very accomodating and gentle to me.

Have been a member for a few years now and their massage therapists are generally quite skilful and well trained. Would like to commend the massage therapist I had today at 4.30pm for the exceptional service she rendered. Initially I was a little skeptical when I saw her as she was much more senior in age than her peers and she had a small build. However, she proved me wrong as her massage was great with good pressure. She also identified the problem areas that I had and helped me with some stretching after the session. Had great attitude and could see that she was dedicated to her craft. Highly recommended.

Came for an hour full body massage. My masseuse is on the chubby side but she is very attentive & good with her hands. I did not need to mention my problematic areas, i feel she really likes her job, she knows and also instructed me how to take care of those areas. Very different from those typical full body massage. I went in with a 4 day old headache, went out feeling very refresh. Her name is also cute, Dream.
