After reading the negative reviews, all I can say is that the masseuses are very skillful. The ONLY issue lies with the front counter staff. They are very pushy when asking you to pay extra for the ginger oil.
THESE TWO LADIES in the attached picture need to reflect on their work attitude if they wish to be in front-line service.

Came for an hour full-body massage. My masseuse is on the chubby side, but she is very attentive and good with her hands. I didn't need to mention my problem areas; I feel she really likes her job. She knew how to help and also instructed me on how to take care of those areas. Very different from those typical full-body massages. I went in with a four-day-old headache and went out feeling very refreshed. Her name is also cute, Dream.

Hi,
I have been a member for a while. This time, I was required to fill out a form that included my full NRIC. By law, we are not allowed to provide our full NRIC number, except for the last four digits. The form was using Google Drive, which is a simple format for collecting data. Please change your Google Drive format or the NRIC portion to insert only the last four digits instead of the full NRIC.
Please note that once data is collected from customers, you must have cybersecurity measures in place to keep all data safe, as well as a firewall for your Wi-Fi network connection.
I spoke to your front desk staff and explained this to them. All they could tell me was that they didn’t know anything. This gives a very bad impression and image for your company. The staff are not well-trained and are unable to provide proper customer service responses.
I asked for a company contact person to speak with, but they said they didn’t have one and weren’t even willing to provide one. Seriously, I think you should provide proper training for your staff so they can answer simple questions.
I demand a reply from you.
Thank you.

The masseurs are good. Roy, Fenney, and Zhang are amazing so far; I liked their services.
However, the hygiene level of the place is not up to standard. The towels are threadbare, and the massage chairs and beds are cracked and have a musty smell.
Most of all, the receptionist's service level is really unbecoming. They are rude, pushy, and unreasonable and cannot provide a good reason for the center's form requiring a full NRIC number, which is supposedly against PDPA guidelines. The rudest one I've encountered is a young PRC lady with a chin-length bob haircut.
Please improve the customer service and cleanliness of the place. It's not in alignment with your masseurs' skill and strength.

I bought a package and would say the masseuses all have very good skills. I don't know much English, but it was still okay for me because, hey, it’s the massaging skills that matter. What I can’t accept is that the front desk ladies ALSO DON'T KNOW ENGLISH. How can you be working at the front desk and not know English? I wanted to pay by card for the top-up… they didn't know how to do that either. I said I had no cash and wanted to pay by card. She kept talking to me in Mandarin. I took out my card, and then she figured it out. Why hire them as front desk if they don’t know any English at all? They are located in Tampines Mall. TM has people of so many different races and religions visiting the place. They don't even know simple English! Seriously, please train your front desk staff with the basic English required for customer service! Don’t tell me they don't even know the terms "cash" or "card" in English!

I have been a member for a few years now, and their massage therapists are generally quite skillful and well-trained.
I would like to commend the massage therapist I had today at 4:30 PM for the exceptional service she rendered. Initially, I was a little skeptical when I saw her, as she was much more senior in age than her peers and had a small build. However, she proved me wrong, as her massage was great, with good pressure. She also identified the problem areas I had and helped me with some stretching after the session. She had a great attitude, and I could see that she was dedicated to her craft. Highly recommended.

Came here for the first time and was excited to try it. My husband and I had settled into two seats with our bags arranged so they wouldn't be in the way of others. Then, a therapist came and asked us to move to seats under a fan, reasoning that we would feel cold where we were first seated. Obviously, she asked us to move to seats right under a blowing fan (???)
She was not happy with us staying in our original seats.
She did the foot massage like she didn’t feel like working that day. No power was felt, almost like just soft touching.
She spoke broken English, which was fine with me. But when I asked her and used body language to indicate a harder foot massage, the therapist rudely told me to relax. I gave her one more chance for a few minutes, and the second time I asked, she still gave me the same attitude. I had to immediately cancel the service and walked away. The receptionist apologized and went back to her duty at the front desk. I'm not sure if she would take note of the therapist's work attitude. I will never recommend or return to this place.

"Not all the masseurs are trained in the same manner or techniques. If you intend to visit the shop again, remember to get the masseur's name and request the same person whose techniques you prefer.
Also, some customers may talk very loudly, and your masseurs, instead of advising them to lower their voices so as not to disturb other customers, spoke and laughed even louder than the customers. The quiet and relaxing ambience is completely missing for a relaxing massage shop.
I hope your management can look into improving the ambience of your massage shop. By the way, even your front desk staff seemed very lost and didn't inform the masseurs that we were done with the foot massage and were waiting for our body massage. Service can definitely be improved at this branch."

The masseuses were skillful.
The only downside is the front desk staff (Tampines branch). I understand there's always a language barrier between staff and customers; however, even if I'm obviously NOT a Mandarin speaker, they still keep talking to me in Chinese. Sometimes, customer service requires initiative. Why not ask for help from someone who doesn't just speak Chinese? First impressions last. This language barrier issue wasn't resolved from the beginning until I finished my package, and I'm not going to purchase another package again.
But the masseuses were great. They are very accommodating and gentle to me.

Today's male masseuse was the worst I've had. His attitude was terrible, too. He kept hitting my legs so hard, and the momentum was so fast and hard, it wasn't relaxing. He kept arguing back when I asked three times for a softer massage. He then refused to change masseuses, stating that there were only 20 minutes left. My husband's masseuse was good and offered to switch with me, but I kindly declined. In the end, my husband decided to leave due to my masseuse's bad attitude. Very unprofessional. I hope he gets fired.
