I asked the cashier (a part-timer, I presume) about the strawberry jing syuan tea. She hesitated, then said it was tea mixed with strawberry. I then asked if it was green tea or red tea, but she didnāt know and asked another staff member. The other staff member said, āItās just strawberry with tea.ā My goodness. I had to Google it to find out it's oolong tea. Then, upon collection, she forgot to give me the strawberry plush, and I had to ask for it. Kindly educate your staff more. Selling bubble tea for $7-$8, but your staff donāt even know what tea they are sellingā¦

Ordered our drink and had to wait 20+ minutes before we got it. We saw they had made the drink (just milk tea and pearls) and it was sitting on the inside counter. The girls working there checked it and just continued ignoring it, drinking their drinks and pretending to be busy, not packing. Only when we asked one of the girls did we get our drinks. I hope the service will be better in the future.

The staff was absolutely unfriendly, serving with unhappy faces and attitudes. They didn't listen carefully when we were ordering. Even though my grandson showed his school ID, they upsized his classic tea without asking and charged him more. They also delayed our order, jumping the queue to serve others, until I had to check on it. Is this attitude acceptable to management? Please look into this.

I ordered Honey Green Tea with brown sugar pearls, but I only realized they missed the pearls when I got home. The service was also slow.

I ordered a mango delight from this outlet. The staff at the counter and collection point were playing around on their phones and chatting. After drinking from her own drink, the staff member then passed my drink to me. I ordered it with less sugar, but it still tasted super sweet.

Tried the Snow Mountain Salted Caramel Frappe, which had a recommended logoā¦ it was horrible :(
I googled it and found some comments stating it was coffee-based, but I tasted none in the drink. Even if it wasn't coffee-based, the drink was tasteless and diluted ā it tasted like mostly blended ice with some caramelā¦ wasted my $4.90 š

The pearls were cooked very nicely, and the sweetness was just right. The staff was also nice and friendly!
PLEASE BRING BACK DA HONG PAO MILK TEA T_T! Last time, 3 or 4 years ago, you took away my favorite drink (some milk tea) and replaced it with Da Hong Pao. Now you've taken away this drink too!!! Zzzzz

Dare I say one of the best, if not the absolute best LiHo ā nay, best bubble tea store I have ever been to! ā¤ļø
Firstly, I was served by the most gorgeous, amazingly sweet gal at the counter who greeted me with a smile that could melt a thousand hearts. Her voice was the most melodious, mesmerizing sound I have ever heard. I was immediately smitten. As I was paying for my drink with cash, our hands accidentally brushed against each other, and my heart stopped as I looked up and caught her gaze š„µ I wanted to ask for her number, but I was just too shy. I will forever regret not doing so, because she's the love of my life. I did get a look at her name on the name tag though; her name was Aina. I only wish every day that I could see her again.

I loved how they use stevia instead of sugar and have cold noodles as a drink topping. I got a lychee rose slush, which came with cold noodles.
