The staff , Real as absolutely unfriendly serving with the unhappy face and attitude. Did not listen carefully when we placing . Even though my grandson showed her his school identity and just upsize the classic tea without asking if needed and just charged my grandson more . Also delay delay our order with jumping the que number to others till I have to check . Is this attitude acceptable to the management? Please look into this .

Ordered mango delight from this outlet. The staff at counter and collection point are playing around with phone chit chatting, after drinking her own drinks then pass to me my drinks. I ordered least sugar but still tasted super sweet.

Asked the cashier (a part timer I presume) what is the strawberry jing syuan tea..She “Errrr” then she say is tea mix with strawberry. Then I ask her is it green tea or red tea, she don’t know and ask her other staff. The other staff say “it’s just strawberry with tea” My god. I have to google to check it is oolong tea. Then upon collection, she forget to give me the strawberry plush and I have to ask her for it. Kindly education your staff more. Selling $7-$8 for a bubble tea but ur staff don’t even know what tea they are selling…

Ordered our drink and had to wait 20+mins before we could get it. We saw they had made the drink (just milk tea and pearl) and it was sitting on the inside counter, the girls working there checked it and just continued ignoring, drinking their drinks and pretending to be busy, not packing and only when we asked one girl there then we got our drinks. Hope that the service would be better in the future

Dare I say one of the best, if not the absolute best LiHo- nay, best bubble tea store I have ever been to! ❤️ Firstly, I was served by the most gorgeous, amazingly sweet gal at the counter who greeted me with a smile that could melt a thousand hearts. Her voice was the most melodious, mesmerizing sound I have ever heard. I was immediately smitten. As I was paying for my drink with cash, our hands accidentally brushed against each other and my heart stopped as I looked up and caught her gaze 🥵 I wanted to ask her for her number, but I was just too shy. I will forever regret not doing so, because she's the love of my life. I did get a look of her name on the name tag though, her name was Aina. I only wish every day that I could see her again.

Service is super slow! I have never waited this long for bubble tea. I had to wait for almost half an hour for my 1 measly cup of drink. I don't know why it takes forever for the 3 staff working to fulfill the orders. I see other customers standing and waiting just like me, probably waited even longer. The drink is fine, just the service can be faster.

The dude was okay, helped me find the new 'honey green tea' now named 'honey jasmine tea'. When I got my drink, it was tasteless, brown sugar pearls no taste. I think they forgot the honey too. But cashier dude was okay. Wasted $5.1 :((

ordered earl grey milk tea for $2.60. the earl grey taste is not too strong, it's present but i wish there was more of it. milktea is not too milky as well, but drink feels too dilute to a certain extent. i feel liho has gone downhill in business tactics. now there is no longer no ice option, only normal ice or less ice. understand price has decreased, but i would rather pay for drinks with a more expensive price and better taste than cheaper price but not so good taste. understand if due to inflation, but please have more personalization to let customers choose more options, it will definitely affect business.
