Horrible attitude... asked for a recommendation for a drink. Staff gave me an irritated face and just bluntly said something. Took my order half way another staff too over. Also gave me an irritated face b4 even I made my order. Pls don't bring your emo to work.. thanks.

Big and spacious with seats available be it waiting for drinks or sitting down n chit chat while drinking. My fav is honey green tea. Finish it before i can snap a photo. 😝 …

Rude staff - looks like a young girl with ponytail in specs. It’s the exact same rude girl someone took a pic of in an earlier review. Shows her impatience and bad attitude despite no one else is in the queue other than me. On top of that, she gave incorrect straw (thin one instead of the thicker ones when I had ordered aloe vera topping). Please quit if you are not interested to work in service line. Don’t let your bad attitude negatively affect the good name of Koi!

I’m very impressed with the team. My straw was broken after a few attempts and I was sitting somewhere around koi. The staff auto pass me a new straw without having me to ask for a replacement. Very attentive staff! 🙏🏻

An outlet I wouldn’t revisit again. Ordered an oolong milk tea 25% sugar, no ice. And the drink still came out diluted?! Disappointing, not worth my $3.60!

Subject: Disappointing Service Experience at KOI Tampines Mall Hi KOI Team, I just wanted to share a rather unpleasant experience my family and I had at your Tampines Mall outlet yesterday. We were attended to by a young lady with glasses who seemed quite impatient while taking our orders. She kept repeating “anything else?” in a rushed tone, which felt a little rude. My sister actually asked if they were rushing, and the staff bluntly replied, “yes.” That really threw us off — it felt like we were being hurried rather than served. After we placed our order (No. 11), we waited right in front of the counter with our elderly parents. But our number was never called. We just kept seeing others get their drinks while we were left wondering what was going on. Eventually, my son went up to check and found out our drinks had been sitting there all along. The same staff member barely looked at the receipt before handing the bag to my son — no apology, no explanation. Honestly, we were quite annoyed. It wasn’t just about the wait, but the overall attitude and lack of care. We’ve always enjoyed KOI and the service is usually great, so this experience was really disappointing — especially with my elderly parents sitting and waiting right in front of the counter. Hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and look into what happened. Thank you for your time.

This Koi cafe was located at an obscure corner of Tampines mall. I wouldn’t have realized that it is there if not for the prominent sign displayed near the information/redemption counter at Tampines Mall. The service was prompt and I did not have to wait long for my drinks. It was nice that there is a sitting area for customers to enjoy their drink. Taste wise, the drink is up to the standard of usual Koi cafes. I would recommend this Koi cafe for bubble tea lovers.

Zoe was very helpful, we made an order of 80 cups of bubble tea and she helped to order and everything, she even help to pack everything

Imagine coming here to get a cup of bubble tea to make yourself feel better only to be met with rude services 🥲 Desiree from the tampines mall koi outlet was rude and unprofessional and does not make me wanna buy from koi at all. It was such a bad experience she was rushing me when the queue is not long and I was having difficulty speaking due to my sore throat, not being considerate is one thing but unprofessional and cutting me off mid sentence as I was speaking with someone else at the cashier was another. Hope the service here gets better otherwise will not be patronising as this is the service and standard you guys are giving.

Had a very bad experience. Initially want to sit there to enjoy my drink from Koi. But this couple just sat there without consuming any product from Koi. And they just take up the seats and treat the place like their house. And they were there for super long.
