Subject: Disappointing Service Experience at KOI Tampines Mall Hi KOI Team, I wanted to share a rather unpleasant experience my family and I had at your Tampines Mall outlet yesterday. We were attended to by a young lady with glasses who seemed quite impatient while taking our orders. She kept repeating “anything else?” in a rushed tone, which felt a little rude. My sister actually asked if they were rushing, and the staff bluntly replied, “yes.” That really threw us off — it felt like we were being hurried rather than served. After we placed our order (No. 11), we waited right in front of the counter with our elderly parents. But our number was never called. We kept seeing others get their drinks while we wondered what was going on. Eventually, my son went up to check and found out our drinks had been sitting there all along. The same staff member barely looked at the receipt before handing the bag to my son — no apology, no explanation. Honestly, we were quite annoyed. It wasn’t just about the wait, but the overall attitude and lack of care. We’ve always enjoyed KOI and the service is usually great, so this experience was really disappointing — especially with my elderly parents sitting and waiting right in front of the counter. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and look into what happened. Thank you for your time.

Had a very bad experience. Initially, I wanted to sit there to enjoy my drink from Koi. But a couple sat there without consuming any products from Koi. They took up the seats and treated the place like their house, and they were there for a super long time.

Zoe was very helpful. We made an order of 80 cups of bubble tea, and she helped with the order and everything. She even helped to pack everything.

Imagine coming here to get a cup of bubble tea to feel better, only to be met with rude service 🥲 Desiree from the Tampines Mall Koi outlet was rude and unprofessional and doesn't make me want to buy from Koi at all. It was such a bad experience; she was rushing me when the queue wasn't long. I was also having difficulty speaking due to my sore throat. Not being considerate is one thing, but being unprofessional and cutting me off mid-sentence as I was speaking with someone else at the cashier was another. I hope the service here gets better; otherwise, I won't be a patron, as this is the service and standard you're giving.

Rude staff - looks like a young girl with a ponytail and glasses. It's the exact same rude girl someone took a picture of in an earlier review. She shows impatience and a bad attitude, even though no one else was in the queue besides me. On top of that, she gave the incorrect straw (a thin one instead of the thicker ones, when I had ordered aloe vera topping). Please quit if you are not interested in working in customer service. Don’t let your bad attitude negatively affect the good name of Koi!

An outlet I wouldn’t revisit. I ordered an oolong milk tea with 25% sugar and no ice, and the drink still came out diluted. Disappointing, and not worth my $3.60!

This Koi cafe was located in an obscure corner of Tampines Mall. I wouldn't have realized it was there if not for the prominent sign displayed near the information/redemption counter at Tampines Mall. The service was prompt, and I didn't have to wait long for my drinks. It was nice that there's a sitting area for customers to enjoy their drinks. Taste-wise, the drinks are up to the standard of usual Koi cafes. I would recommend this Koi cafe for bubble tea lovers.

I ordered ice cream milk tea, but they messed up my order and gave me green milk tea instead. Not only did they not apologize or offer a discount, but they also told me in a very rude tone, "Can you just come here?" so I could give them the extra $1.30 for the milk tea. The person who said this was an unappealing-looking female, with medium brown hair, short bangs, and metal glasses, wearing a black mask. Her hair was in a claw clip. What rude service! I expect much better next time. Tampines Koi SUCKS!!

The cashier allowed people of his own race to cut in line while I was waiting. I've never seen such a racist act.

Friendly and gave good recommendations. The service speed is commendable, especially compared to some other outlets. Thank you!
