Very good experience with staff Wei Yan. Although there’s a mistake with my order, she didn’t try force me to take the wrong order, but did the right thing, correct my order and apologise. Appreciate the professionalism. Good job !

Rude staff - young girl with ponytail in specs. I realized it’s the exact same rude girl someone took a pic of in below review. Milk tea was passed to me in a plastic bag stained with milk tea. I asked if she could change the plastic bag as it was meant for someone else, she just slammed another plastic bag in front of me.

I ordered ice cream milk tea, but they messed up my order and gave me green milk tea instead. Not only did they not apologise or give me any discounts, but they also told me in a very rude tone, "Can you just come here?" so I could give them the extra $1.30 for the milk tea. The person who said this was a unappealing looking female, with medium brown hair, short bangs and metal glasses, wearing a black mask. Her hair was in a claw clip. What rude service! I expect much better next time. tampines koi SUCKS!!

Chloe's impeccable customer service really amazed me. I did not know what to get and asked her to surprise me. Instead of giving me a basic, lazy answer, she asked me what kind of drinks I prefer and took the time to recommend something tailored to my taste buds. Her knowledge of the menu and service truly stood out, and I appreciate the effort she put into ensuring my satisfaction. I would come back again!

Good service from all staffs working on 30/8 today. Order was fast despite during busy lunch hours. Good team work and staffs are courteous.

Today I came around 06:35pm to pick up my drinks that I ordered through foodpanda. After picking up I accidentally dropped 1 out of 2 cups and when I was about to order the new one THE STAFF OFFERED ME TO MAKE ME A NEW ONE 🥺🥺🥺🥺 much much much appreciated and even when I wanted to clean the mess I made, they said it’s ok let them do it🥺 THANK YOU SO MUCH hehe i was so blessed 🙏🏻

Me and my friends visited last Friday afternoon to buy the new product orh nee fresh milk, the orh nee too little compare with other Koi outlets, we ordered 3 same product but we can’t taste the orh nee.
