The staff on duty was informative. She shared information about the products and kept recommending items to buy to get more discounts. I ended up spending less than $200 and received tons of free samples.
Even though the store is small, it is well-stocked, and the staff has great product knowledge. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I will switch to this brand if it is good.

I love Kiehl's products because they aren't sticky or heavy on my face. I've been using them for a year, and my skin has improved significantly.
I usually go to the Vivo outlet, but I've also been to the Suntec and Tampines outlets recently. I'm pleased that the service is awesome throughout. All the staff have great product knowledge and are really patient and helpful when advising.
I also love that they are so generous with samples. It shows that the brand is confident in their products, as customers will likely return to purchase them after trying the samples!
I will continue using their products, as the pricing is reasonable, and they work well!

I felt very happy after my visit there. I was attended to by staff member Aina; she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and skincare. She took the time to understand my skin condition and the products I am currently using before suggesting some for me. She also included samples that might help my skin condition. I will definitely go back to the outlet and look for her!

I love walking into Kiehl's at Tampines Mall because the staff are always very nice and helpful. The last time I was there, and again today, Kenry assisted me in selecting products and always helps to make it a value-for-money experience for me. There was no hard selling, and he recommends products based on my needs. Also, he patiently explains how to layer and use new products.
