The staff are always so patient and friendly. They help to do skin analysis and explain my concerns clearly. No hard-selling at all, and they are happy to provide samples for me to try first. Even though I stay in Ang Mo Kio, I still go all the way back to their Tampines outlet to purchase — that’s how much I trust their service!

I love walking into Kiehl's at Tampines Mall because the staff are always very nice and helpful. The last round I was there and today, Kenry assisted me in the selection of products and always helps to make it a value for money experience for me. There was no hard selling and he would recommend products based on my needs. Also, he always patiently explains to me how to layer products and use new products. Thank you very much Kenry for helping me out so sincerely all the time!

Love kiehls products as they are not sticky and heavy on your face. Have been using them for a year and my skin has improved significantly. Usually frequent vivo outlet but have been to suntec and recently to tampines outlet. Am pleased that the service is awesome throughout. All the staffs has great product knowledge and are really patient and helpful when advising. Also love that they are so ready to offer and generous with the samples. It shows that the brand is confident in their products that the customer will return to purchase after trying the samples! Will continue using their products as the pricing is reasonable and works well!

Staff members are always welcoming, full of smiles. Never hard-selling, always there to listen first before their recommendation. I am always impressed by how competent they are with product knowledge, being able to confidently recommend you the right product for your skin concern. Always helpful to work through the vouchers and discounts you have, to achieve the best buy list. Highly recommended, really.

The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They always greet with a warm smile and is very knowledgeable. They are also very generous with samples. Every single time I shop there, it is a very pleasant experience!!

Felt very happy after my visit there. Was attended to by staff Aina, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and skincare. She took the time to understand my skin condition and products I am currently using before proposing some for me. She also included samples which might help my skin condition. Will definitely go back to the outlet and look for her!

23/07/2022 - worst customer service ever came in with one person in shop serving other customer only . 5 mins later another guy came back from toilet break ask abt serum he answered my question and I went to take another product than he start serving another new customer and ignore me it’s not the first time that happens it always happened in this particular outlet no issue for so many other outlet I’ve went so far
