I went there yesterday for a haircut. I was late, but the hair stylist, Darryl, was very understanding. He had his colleague wash my hair while he finished with another customer. He then proceeded with my haircut, advising me against the drastic cut I had requested. The style he recommended turned out to complement my face shape, and I'm pleased with the result.

I have been a customer of the Jean Yip Nails salon since 2021. I started visiting them to address a badly infected toenail on my right foot, where I had already lost half of the nail! After my first consultation with Wen Xi (my consultant), she recommended a package of 10 treatments to intensively treat the nail. Their recommended fungi treatment spray was also very effective between my visits. I am happy to share that after 6 months, I began to see visible new and healthy nail growth! Today, you can see my fully recovered toenail, all thanks to Wen Xi's recommendations. Since then, I have purchased manicure/pedicure with gelish packages. Because I have been doing regular treatments, their package recommendations were timely and allowed me to get the best deals. I have also had eyebrow embroidery work done, which I'm very pleased with—it looks very naturally colored. I am always very happy to visit the salon for my treatments. As consultants, they have made helpful recommendations and are not pushy about hard-selling their packages. I am already enticed because of their excellent customer service and dedication to their work! Thanks to Wen Xi, Joey, and Brenda for taking good care of my nails! <3
