I can relate to the mixed reviews below, both positive and negative. From my experience, it really boils down to the individual employee serving you. A week ago, I visited the store to ask a question, and unfortunately, the staff lady I approached had quite a rude attitude—even before I said anything. While I did eventually get the information I needed, the interaction left much to be desired. However, when I returned today, I was pleasantly surprised by two very friendly shop assistants who provided an excellent customer experience. It was clear that they genuinely cared, which made all the difference—it felt like more than just a transaction. Thanks to this positive experience, which exceeded my expectations, I’ll be happy to visit again.

The shop assistance is very helpful & professional. I zm suprise with a serial number, he us zble to help check what iPad & what Generation my wife is having. Somewhat shows that Apple never forgets gheir customer ir products

Worst customer service by the malay sales woman. Choosy n picky by looking at appearances of customers. Not friendly and helpful at all. End up i bought my apple watch for my son's birthday gift from other store.

I had a very disappointing experience at iStudio in Tampines Mall. During my visit, there was an ongoing promotion, but at no point did the salesperson inform me about it. Instead, they matched the discounted price with available items and proceeded with the sale without disclosing that it was part of a promotional bundle. As a result, I ended up purchasing an earbud and power bank items we didn’t particularly need or intend to buy. Had the staff simply informed me of the ongoing offer beforehand, I could have made a more informed decision and possibly opted out of the unnecessary extras. It feels misleading and gives the impression that the store is more interested in clearing unsold stock than being transparent and supportive towards its customers

worst istudio experience ever - staff was not very helpful and tried to upsell when i asked questions, cant even advise if macbook air m4 256gb was good enough for normal usage (i.e., excel, powerpoint etc), and she had errors in typing email even when I wrote out my email on paper and then i was charged wrongly for an item too that was supposed to be a freebie. had to make a physical trip back to the store to sort it out, very horrible experience

Ridiculous experience, staffs are unfriendly and unhelpful. I was told by the staff that he cannot take my phone and pass to the technician for repair during my first visit, he told me to come again tomorrow as the technician was not in that day but would be available on the next day from 10:30am to 7:00pm. So the next day,I went to the shop again. There were 3 staffs in the shop, since 2 were serving customers so I approached the other guy and requested for repair. This guy replied me "oh! Technician!". Then he walked back to the cashier counter, stood there and stare at the air, ignoring me. I was so confused, so I waited for another staff to finish serving his customer then I asked him again for repair, then this 2nd staff knocked on the door and asked the technician to come out from the room. The technician printed papers for me to sign as he submitted my case in their system. I need to wait for 5 working days after checking. I was in a rush so I took the paper and left. One week later, I went back to collect my phone and the technician told me I should read my emails and make payment before they can proceed the repair. I told him I didn't know this, and I don't have spare phone or laptop with me so I have no access to emails. The technician asked me why I didn't check with him earlier about payment procedure during my last visit. I told him I thought I can make payment upon collection as your end didn't ask me to pay any deposit during last visit. The technician said to my face "this is the wrong assumption!". I replied him " I'm not working here, I don't know what's your procedure and you should be the one who explained to me. Give me back my phone, i don't need the repair anymore. " Eventually, I paid them 50 dollar to get back my phone. Strongly suggest the management to provide a proper training on customer service to all the staffs.

I went in to buy an iPhone and a jbl headset. A staff asked me what I wanted and once I told him, he said ‘ok’ and went back to another set of customers who were looking at mobile phones. I waited for another five mins for him to say something about how long I should wait and the headsets were locked, so helping myself to them wasn’t a choice. I then left to buy them elsewhere. No point having a store in a prime location with lousy staff who have no clue on how to communicate. Step up your game people!

Rude staff didn’t even say hi or welcome and when I said thank you I still had to ask if that’s all for transaction or collection. The staff with tattoos still talking about pirated sites to watch RA. Nonsense behaviour

Was looking for a iPhone 12 pro protective case and screen guard but wasn’t sure which brand to get. Ask the sales lady for recommendation and she was helpful and patient to explain the options including highlighting which brands had warranty and which don’t. Ended up getting the Gear4 clear cover, Element Screen Protector and Zeelot lens protector in navy blue. Previously brought the Samaronic Earbuds from them as well and the service was prompt and fast then. Overall consistent service on both occasions.
