The malay lady that served me lied to me by saying i will get free earbud with the purchase of iphone 16 pro max. When I reached home and check the receipt, I was surprised that I was actually being charged for the earbud. Current offer is $1699.53 for the iphone pro max. However, my total bill was $1888.53. Becareful of their sale tactic.

Came to buy airpods pro and was informed by the staff to take a sit and wait. Waited for 10 mins till i heard another staff telling another customer there isnt any stock at all. So u ask me to sit and wait for?? Pls train your staff better.

The negative reviews are right. Staff by the name of L!n was unapproachable and not very helpful. Wanted to upsell on a bundle with the purchase of a phone but even got the phone price wrong. Had to show him the price on their display. Even worse attitude after that. No more upselling bundle, just pay and leave. 1 star for at least letting me check the phone before I left.

I had a great experience at iStudio Tampines Mall. I visited the store just an hour before closing to replace my AirPods Pro 2, as the left side had stopped working. Despite it being near the end of the day, the staff was still very helpful and attentive. A big shoutout to Rich Ho for his excellent assistance! He explained that due to a recent change in manufacturer, there have been quite a few issues with the current AirPods units. Instead of just pushing a sale, he recommended alternative earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation—offering both a high-end and a more affordable option. I went with the budget-friendly choice, tried it on the spot, and was genuinely surprised at how well it performed—comparable to the AirPods! Really appreciate the honest and helpful service from Rich. Highly recommended!

This evening around 8:30pm, I went to istudio Tampines Mall to buy iPhone 16plus with Grab Pay later. I saw one male staff and one female staff. Both of them are lack of customer service and professionalism. The female staff answered my question back with an impatient response. Also, when I told male staff who is wearing the glasses that I want to buy device, he is also not patient. He even looked down me as I am wearing casual clothes and I want to buy with an instalment plan. So maybe he thinks I am poor. Whatever, this is not a professional attitude what a salesperson should have. If they think that they are not deserved to provide friendly customer service, just go and work other careers. If they are working in customer service industry, they should know what are the responsibilities and attitudes of a salesperson. istudio should train the staffs more to smile and be more professional. If they don’t want to sell with instalment plan, then don’t let customers use Grabpay Later. In the end, I found out that my Grab wallet doesn’t have PayLater function. So I couldn’t use it. If the salesperson is professional and kind, I would buy with full payment. So I decided to go Apple Store which is at Jewel and I am gonna buy there. I visited Apple official store in MBS and I only purchased the adapter. But their customer was so warm and recognisable. After this terrible experience at istudio, I will not come to istudio anymore.

I would kindly not recommend anyone to visit this store. Reason? I have visited this store twice but I didn't get treated nicely, staffs have been giving looks as in like I owed them some money, bad service!

The short guy, with glasses, was not approachable and replied me in one word kind. This happened at 3plus (5 Dec) and he was one of the two male staff at that time.
On the same day, I went to Jewel to get my camera fixed within an hour. However this Tampines I studio guy told me to wait for 5-7 working days just for an answer. He was very poor in professionalism and told me that I may need to pay for my camera change. I told him it was still under warranty and he seemed to show me the don’t care and not my problem attitude and implied that I might have dropped it or something else might had happened prior to this …and I tried to explain, again he had zero eye contact with me. He seemed that he can’t be bothered or too busy to entertain a customer who didn’t buy anything there. Very disappointing. If he was tired, let us know. Lackadaisical attitude shouldn’t be in the front line.

The associates were not friendly and gave one-word replies, which was frustrating. There were no proactive follow-ups when no solution was provided. While they are a reputable Apple provider, the customer experience was poor. I would not recommend visiting the store again.
