Just went to the this outlet at Tampines Mall today, 23 Dec 2022 8.48pm to buy herbal tea (the bottled ones that is at the shopfront) and pay by cash. Asked for the staff at duty (skinny aunty with a ponytail and short bangs) which one to get to soothing of throat. She took the bottles with price tagged $2. Without me saying how many she took two put into the bag, and asked me for $16. Then correct by saying it is $4 each. After I see the price tag. I said no, I don't want anymore. And she did not want to return and insisted that i could buy 1. I eventually bought one. And went back to see the price tag again. She said there children playing with the price tag. i told her it is not my problem and she should have place the price tag back again. If she insisted that children play prank on her. Is there a KPI / commission for selling herbal drink now? Isn't children playing ipad/ iphone nowadays? Why play with price tag? Almond Figs Tea $16 she said that is the only one for cough and runny nose. There is other herbal tea but did not bother. Only say need to purchase together with remedy powder.

My experience with Hockhua Tonic is disappointing. I bought 3 cans of abalone from the shop and opened 2 cans of abalone inside the can got this white powder ingredient and tried to wash it and cook it to see if can eat it or not but it tasted like swallowing sandpaper. I go to the shop to explain about it and the staff say he will take a picture and my hp number and get back to me and I wait for 2 month and no reply from them. Jialet leh.
