The chrysanthemum tea is so tasteless, like drinking plain water. It was so nice last time. Sad 😢. Not only this outlet, but some others I've tried are the same. I won't buy it anymore.

Great range of health products and good, efficient service.

Went to the shop at the Tampines Mall outlet but disliked the staff's unfriendly and impatient attitude. Unlike Yu Ren Sheng, their staff are well-trained, even for small requests.

I just went to the outlet at Tampines Mall today, December 23, 2022, at 8:48 PM to buy herbal tea (the bottled ones at the shopfront) and pay with cash. I asked the staff on duty (a skinny woman with a ponytail and short bangs) which tea would soothe my throat. She took the bottles, which were priced at $2 each. Without me specifying how many, she put two in the bag and asked for $16, then corrected herself, saying it was $4 each after I saw the price tag. I said no, I didn't want any more. She didn't want to return the bottle and insisted that I buy one. I eventually bought one and looked at the price tag again. She said children had been playing with the price tags. I told her it wasn't my problem, and she should have put the price tag back, especially if she insisted children were playing pranks on her. Is there a KPI or commission for selling herbal drinks now? Isn't it more common for children to play with iPads/iPhones nowadays? Why would they play with a price tag? She said the Almond Figs Tea cost $16 and was the only one for coughs and runny noses. There were other herbal teas, but she didn't mention them. She only said I needed to purchase it with remedy powder.

Bought 2 packages of Luo Shen Hua from 2 different outlets with 2 different prices. The outlet at Tampines Mall sold them at $2.80, while the other outlet at Tampines St 81, which has already closed down, sold them for $7.00. May the management explain why.

My experience with Hockhua Tonic was disappointing. I bought 3 cans of abalone from the shop. When I opened 2 of the cans, I found a white powder inside. I tried to wash and cook the abalone to see if it was edible, but it tasted like swallowing sandpaper. I went to the shop to explain the issue, and the staff said they would take a picture and my phone number and get back to me. I waited for two months and received no reply. Jialat leh.

It's my favorite place to patronize, and the best place to get meaningful gifts for clients.

The go-to place for me to get my herbal tea.
