Hi, fantastic customer service here at Tampines Mall Gadget Mix store. Easily replaced my in-ear headphones to suit my ears. The salesman at around noon of 14Aug2023 was very accommodating and made sure I had the best possible corrected earphones. Highly recommend this store.

Worst product bought from this shop. Exchange twice but still can't solve the problem. The salesperson can't even do a good job. Wasted my money and time going. Pls don't go and buy from this shop anymore. Their products all cannot make it .

Went to get my screen protector changed but the salesperson made a mistake on it and there was bubbles under the screen protector. She didn't offer to replace a new one and only offered to give a 2 dollars discount. The bubbles are super obvious with and without your screen turned on. Never going back to this outlet again.

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at Gadget mix Tampines MALL. The wide range of products, including electronic accessories like POWER BANKs, charging cables, Portable FAN, massage devices, and PHONE screen protectors, left me spoilt for choice. The quality of the items I purchased exceeded my expectations, and the prices were reasonable too. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to assist. I highly recommend Gadget Mix Tampines MALL for all your electronic accessory needs!

Went to 5 outlets and can’t find the Matt protector for my iPad. Service staff said go try other outlets without telling which branch to go. And Moreover, he said there's no phone number at outlets to call. And can’t see inventory in the system. Lousiest service ever. Staff told me to buy the $50 package which comes with credits to change protector within a year, but staff at all outlets are not helpful in helping to check and change. WORST SHOP ever.

Horrible salesperson. Was told exchange available but the moment I walked out he don’t allow it anymore. Expensive items compared to Remax which is one level below. Do your research before buying. Not recommended

Shop supposed to open at 11. Yes, open lights and open door only. Retail assistant go hide in the toilet or go eat breakfast until 1130 then come back.

Pls don’t go this store. The sales person persuaded to buy package. Next time I went, tells don’t have stock for both IPhone 12 and I phone XR. Very rudely answered and very irresponsible!
