Rubbish say going to close...830pm close oready I'm here wanting to take p hi photo for my kids ezlink came down here all the way but they oready close....what type of business is this ...say 9pm close but don't actually it's earlier...bad service...waste my time ..hope you close down for good...curse you

I made a $20 payment for my daughter's passport photo at this shop at 4:59 pm and provided my email and contact number. I was told I would receive the soft copy by 6:30 pm. Before leaving the shop, I asked what I should do if I didn't receive the photo in my email. The staff confidently told me to call the shop number. However, by 6:40 pm, I still hadn't received the email, so I called five times and no one picked up. I then walked over to the shop at Tampines mall (as I was still in Century Square) to ask what happened. The staff told me they were busy and apologized for not answering the calls. After some time, she checked and sent the photo to my email. I am extremely frustrated because, first, what’s the point of telling me to call if no one answers the phone? If the shop doesn’t have a way to manage incoming calls, then they should not give such confident instructions. Fortunately, I was still at Century Square, but what if I had been at home? I would have had to make a trip just to get the photo emailed to me. Second, I left my contact number with them, and yet no one bothered to contact me if there is any issue but for my case there is no issue because the staff was able to sent out the email immediately I shown her my receipt. It seems that someone in the shop simply missed sending the photo. This whole experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. Invoice No: TMS0169334

When my dad passed away recently, I've had to print out some passport photos for his urn urgently as his urn placement was the next morning. The kind lady at FotoHub Tampines Mall helped advise me the quickest way to produce the photos i needed, helped touch up my dad's photo, and produced them quickly before the mall closed. Greatly appreciate their kind thoughts and actions in this.

The staff were very efficient — the ID photo was done in less than an hour. When we came to pick it up, they didn’t even ask and had already prepared the photo for us (amazing that they still remembered we were there an hour ago). Truly impressive!
