I went here just now when outside was having heavy rain for passport photo taking before going to work. However the lady at counter told me she didn't have the black cover shirt for me as she saw I wore white shirt. She said only has something can cover inside area but cnat cover shoulder. I don't know what she was saying anything in short I can't proceed with the photo taking. She asked me to get a dark shirt but come on its heavily raining outside where can I get the dark shirt? Want me to go back and take it??

My go-to studio for passport photo for almost 2decades. Staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Recently I need to create photobooks and staff are very patient in sharing the difference between classic and premium. Created 4 photobooks in total and just collected today. Always very pleasant experience with them and highly recommended.

Firstly a big big thankyou to Pann. She went extra mile to help me with my request. So let me tell you Fotohub don’t help with sticking photos but I wanted to do a collage for Father’s Day with a lil craft by my daughter. Pann helped me to make this a success and I am sooooo grateful to her. Thankyou Pann❤️ you made my day

Only two staff working and no one bothers to attend to customer. One participating to edit photos for customer instead of letting the costumer to do. The other one busy on the pc. No one attends to waiting customers. Lack of professionalism.

Great services and teamwork your team have there. Despite the rush hour crowds, you gals managed to help one another and served the next customer once you are done! Came on 20 April 2025, 12pm and 8pm.

Nice young lady in specs helped us take our ID photos for our VISA. She was patient and help to adjust our head position, body position and also allowed me to check before confirming the photo I wanted. Super nice staff!

I was at Tampines Mall this pm amd was served by Ms Mee Ching. She was very patience with me and helped me with cropping of my photos which were not done correctly. She also explained to me the benefits of signing up as member since I have been developing my photos very often. In the end, I signed up for the membership and even ordered printing of photos on a mug for only $5 using my membership voucher. Thank you Mee Ching for your excellent customer service 👏

Very helpful. Both the manager and the Burmese lady tried to help me out to get a full body photo even though I didn’t check they don’t have that service. Will recommend my friends for sure.

Amazing customer service. I was surprised how fast the staff works - I had multiple request such as scanning, printing, copying and then delivery of hard copy of my photo. I think the staff name is PANN, she did everything to perfection in just less than 5 minutes. Kudos to her and she is engaging the customer very well. One request for the management though, please attend the phone, if you lack manpower to attend the calls, then remove it from the website. Else, everything is well managed.

Even though the price is not cheap, the photos turn out good. The staff is friendly and provides professional customer service. There is a specific line to queue, which would be better if there were clear signs. Do inform them about the photo size and purpose before taking the photo. Softcopies are sent by email and are received within 45-60 minutes. Good job!
