I ordered Fitra Chicken Rice Tampines Mall at 5:41 PM today via Grab. It said delivery by 7:00 PM. Then, at around 6:40 PM, they said the kitchen was busy, and my order would be delayed to 7:30 PM. At 7:20 PM, they cancelled my order because they couldn't find a driver! This is so ridiculous! How can you cancel my order after making me wait for 1.5hrs!

Sedap. The roasted chicken is succulent and juicy. The rice has a good texture and is delicious on its own. The servers are professional, polite, and affable. The portion is just nice. The soup tastes better now.

On Tuesday, 25 June 2024, I had steamed chicken rice with egg for my lunch at the Tampines Mall outlet within the Kopitiam food court. The steamed chicken rice with egg tasted very delicious, and I ate it all, even after it cooled down. Overall, the service was very good, and I would love to try this delightful dish from other Fitra Chicken Rice outlets in the future.
