I ordered Fitra Chicken Rice Tampines Mall at 5.41pm today via Grab. It said delivery by 7pm. Then at around 6.40pm, they said kitchen was busy, my order will be delayed to 7.30pm. At 7.20pm, they cancelled my order reason being they couldn’t find a driver! This is so idiculous! How can you cancelled my order after making me waited for 1.5hrs!

Sedap. The roasted chicken is succulent and juicy. The rice has a good texture and delicious on it's own. The servers are professionals- polite and affable . Portion just nice. The soup taste better now.

On Tuesday 25 June 2024, I had steamed chicken rice with egg for my lunch at Tampines Mall outlet within the Kopitiam food court, and I liked this meal the steamed chicken rice with egg tasted very delicious and I ate them itself when it cools down. Overall, the service provided to me was very good and I would love to try these delightful dishes from the other Fitra Chicken Rice outlets in the future.
