Waited in line for like 20mins ended up when it’s our turn the original cookies was all gone while packing for the delivery order, some more can tell me to wait for 25 mins while they pack 400g x2 of original cookies. they prioritised the delivery order than people who’s there queuing. Really ridiculous clowns.

Big shoutout to Nafisah, Aqilah, and Nabilah at Famous Amos (Tampines Mall)! My girlfriend and I had a great experience, all three were warm, attentive, and super helpful. They made our visit pleasant and even took the time to clearly explain the ongoing promotions without being pushy. It’s always nice when service staff are friendly and informative. Great team, keep it up! 👏🍪
