Waited in line for like 20mins ended up when it’s our turn the original cookies was all gone while packing for the delivery order, some more can tell me to wait for 25 mins while they pack 400g x2 of original cookies. they prioritised the delivery order than people who’s there queuing. Really ridiculous clowns.

The female staff attending to me was very very rude and unfriendly and impatient. There were no customers behind me, only me and I was trying to ask about the number of flavours and some promotions. She was very impatient the whole time and while I was deciding, she just walked away. Then I saw another promotion and I asked if 2x180g can mix 2 flavours, she said can but actually is one flavour per bag and she also charged me extra $1 for the “premium” flavour without telling me. Since she already packed, I had no choice but to accept. When I asked her why there is extra $1 charge, she impatiently pointed to the poster and asked me to read it myself. Best cookies but worst service!! Guess it was the same Malay lady who is still servicing the customer despite all the complaints….

I’m not sure if they change the recipe for the macadamia nuts to be chopped in smaller bits ? Always a fan of macadamia cookies where you can enjoy both the cookies and the nuts together , but this time round bought with the promo available 300g . But I couldn’t taste the nuts at all . Look at the small chop bits nuts . Ate a few pcs but couldn’t find the ones with big nuts . Almost 1/4 of bag gone but still no big chunks on the cookies . Couldn’t even taste macadamia cookies like the usual that I always bought it . Bought on Wednesday around 8pm .

Feron has done a fantastic job of making the situation better and make us more comfortable visiting Amos Cookie again. ================= My wife went to Tampines mall and bought a pack of amos cookie. Due to our own issues, she has asked to split the pack into two packets. She even offered to pay for the Amos plastic bags. Due to unknown reasons, the malay staff angrily rejected the ask. She even challenged her to file a complaint to her company which is kind of weird and uncalled for. I am suspecting the staff might be discriminating against mainland Chinese whose English is limited. This happened with the 3 malay staff on 30 March at 311pm. They are serviced by Nur Aqilah Aina and 2 other more senior Malay staff. Please see the receipt details attached. With this bad experience, my Chinese in laws will be sharing this experience in WeiBo and Wechat so that their fellow mainland chinese tourists avoid the shop and will not face such abuse in the future.

They made our visit pleasant and even took the time to clearly explain the ongoing promotions without being pushy. It’s always nice when service staff are friendly and informative.
