Came home then notice there is only one pillow case in my King size bedsheet set! Do we have to open up the package in the shop to make sure all are in? How to trust buying things in your shop? Manage to contact the office, staff solved quickly the problem

The staff is so rude don’t even know their system well ask them everything don’t know take money they know only what type of service is this worst service ever. I am a regular customer here and this type of service totally unacceptable

Bought a bamboo charcoal bolster at the Tampines Mall outlet just now. When I got home and unpacked the bolster, found out that one side at the end of it had shrunken. Doesn’t worth $59.90 for this quality. The bamboo pillow was a pretty good deal.

We were in the store today and was attended to by Miss Joanne. She was alone in the store and was attending to another customer in the store when we came. She was polite to all of us, helped us sign up as a member and get our purchases without any fuss. Kudos to Epitex for having Joanne working for the company!! The buying experience was truly pleasant.

Staff are pretty pushy. I was just looking at the pillows as I had never heard of this brand before and a lady approached me. I told her politely that I was just looking around. 5 mins later, she came back again to ask me what kind of pillows am I looking for. I told her to leave me alone as I was just looking around. Had to leave the shop immediately as I cannot even look at the pillows in peace
