The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable regarding the pillows we were enquiring about, nor was he interested in explaining the differences or offering a recommendation based on our considerations. When asked about the difference between down and microfibre pillows we were simply told that they were all the same, which is not accurate. We decided to leave as there wasn't much insight that the staff could offer and it didn't give us confidence in making any purchase.

Purchased a queen size bedsheet around Apr , which pricing around $200. Had double confirmed about the possibility of fuzzy ball issue with the on-duty sales promoter and she mentioned to avoid using dryer , the bed sheet will not have this issue. After first time wash with washing machine and dry without dryer and within one week of usage , the fuzzy ball issue immediate happens on the WHOLE BED SHEET ! See the photos. Going back to the shop , and show the seller about the photo and videos. Left the contact number , and got the promise to call back and provide solution , but received nothing update. Second time going back , request and ask if able to exchange a new bed sheet.Another employee told us to send the bed sheet back to the shop , they could send back to factory and service to remove the fuzzy ball and send back to us , which will not 100% guarantee to resolve the issue ! Worst customer service and quality , will not purchase anymore product from the same shop again !
