They always round down the cents. For example , if the amount is SG$100.38 then they will return you only $100.30. Rates are on the higher side too. The slim bespectacled man is more calculative and has an arrogant disposition while another plump elderly man is somewhat more easy going as compared to him. There was hardly a “thank you” heard from them despite us thanking them. The exchange made me feel like we were at their mercy.

Very rude and bad customer service. Message to the staff. If you can not change a 1pc of 1k denomination into 2pc of 500, you don't need to lecture people to exchange it when customer reaches the destination.

Who said the professionals are rude? They are very good leh! Iam staying in orchard but i always come here to exchange my money. The always serve very good price and satisfaction. Thanks chandra❤️ Top recommendation👍🏻

Almost got scammed. Please check and double check your money before you go off. He did not provide me the receipt because he was eagerly serving the next customer. Had to come back an hour later after realising he shortchanged me half the amount i gave. Terrible! Never coming back!

If only I could give a zero star, I would not hesitate to do so. Very poor customer service. Standing in front of the counter with no other customers but no one in the 3 staffs in the counter wanted to serve even though I politely ask 3 times for the exchange rate. They saw me and turn their heads away..

Very friendly staff with good changing rates. They used to be at Tampines Mall B1, now they are at level 4 beside the food court. Friendly and good rates, plus a free pen from them, and the envelope VERY FUNNY, super love. Perfect.

Guy's attitude was like he couldn't be bothered with our business. He saw me when he walked into his booth but chose to disappear into the office without acknowledging our presence. It took him a few mins before emerging from the office and asked what we wanted. Yes, I might not be changing thousands of dollars but his attitude sure isn't worth a penny.

Chandra money change staff are all polite, helpful & ready to render assistance. Staff even able communicate with the language that is simple for you to understand. Good job & well done! 👍🏻 They changes money with very low rates than other money changers in tampines. Guaranteed service and highly recommended 100%%%%%%👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

Honestly I don't see why there are so many comments about their personality and attitude. They're so nice please. You can't expect a service provider to be smiling 24/7 at you right. Anyway, money changing was smooth and easy. Best rates!!!!!
