Try not to come if not desperate. Rate not good, even if you change a lot. And yet they claim they have the best rate. Bullshit…

Saw many reviews on rude staff or bad customer service. But personally didn’t experience any. Come to change SGD to VND at 18500 which I think is a really good rate . If you live in the east and didn’t want to make a trip downtown to Raffles Place money exchangers , this is one good alternative.

Assisted an elderly seaman in exchanging loose change from various foreign currencies he had collected over the years. The staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful, making every effort to provide assistance.

Surprisingly good rates for KRW. Located inside Tampines Mall, 4th floor beside Long John Silver's and Kopitiam.

Very friendly, patient and accommodating guys behind the counter. Congrats on new shop at level 4! I always come to Chandra for my money change needs.

Their staff were friendly, and the exchange rates here were much better compared to the other places I visited. I ended up exchanging about a thousand Singapore dollars here. The service charge was around ten Singapore dollars, making the fee about 1% of the total amount exchanged. This is an honest shop that I recommend. I'm not sure why others have had issues, but my experience was problem-free. Five stars.
