If only I could give zero stars, I would not hesitate to do so. Very poor customer service. Standing in front of the counter with no other customers, but none of the three staff members at the counter wanted to serve me, even though I politely asked three times for the exchange rate. They saw me and turned their heads away.

Almost got scammed. Please check and double-check your money before you leave. He did not provide me with the receipt because he was eagerly serving the next customer. I had to come back an hour later after realizing he shortchanged me half the amount I gave. Terrible! Never coming back!

Very rude and bad customer service. To the staff: If you cannot change a 1,000-denomination bill into two 500-denomination bills, you don't need to lecture people to exchange it when a customer reaches their destination.

I saw many reviews about rude staff or bad customer service. But I personally didn't experience any. I came to change SGD to VND at 18500, which I think is a really good rate. If you live in the East and don't want to make a trip downtown to the Raffles Place money exchangers, this is one good alternative.

Surprisingly good rates for KRW. Located inside Tampines Mall, on the 4th floor, beside Long John Silver's and Kopitiam.

Don't come unless you're desperate. The rate isn't good, even for large amounts. And yet they claim they have the best rate. Bullshit…

The staff assisted an elderly seaman in exchanging loose change from various foreign currencies he had collected over the years. The staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful, making every effort to assist.

Honestly, I don't see why there are so many comments about their personality and attitude. They're so nice, please. You can't expect a service provider to be smiling 24/7 at you, right? Anyway, money changing was smooth and easy. Best rates!!!

They always round down the cents. For example, if the amount is SG$100.38, then they will return you only $100.30. Rates are on the higher side too. The slim, bespectacled man is more calculative and has an arrogant disposition, while another plump, elderly man is somewhat more easygoing. There was hardly a “thank you” heard from them despite our thanking them. The exchange made me feel like we were at their mercy.
